Wow, neck and neck, maybe behavior *should* change ultramarines to Fists. Face it, we're better at everything they do, without being full of it and Dark Angels to Salamanders. Vulcans shield usually protects civvies though, and on Arkona they are already dead, maybe they are there to avenge them? Actually, just change the rumor of a Fallen to a rumor of an artefact of Vulkan and its a perfect fit.
I mean for all intents and purposes us Fists are more Codex adherent than the Ultramarines! *cough*tyrannicalwarvets*cough*
