Right it seems to be its always these two Chapter that come up on thee multiple vote threads.

So let's remove all the other Chapters and let's see where this goes.

Why cant we kick DA or Ultramarines and have both IF and salamanders?!

Ultramarines kick definitely, and the fifth chapter can be one of these two with one of these two replacing the ultramarines, i think Imperial fists should replace ultramarines and salamanders get the fifth introduction.

Oh my friend you name the dream but that will never happen their both two mainstream to dismiss. Which in and of itself is disgraceful, doesn't give the less known ones any room to flourish.
