Nathan said on one of the interviews the Free 2 WAAGH is on hold because of the new way the servers are going to be set up. Since it's instanced and the pop is limited that means free players take server space of potential paying customers, therefore they're now wait and see on F2P Ork Boyz. I don't have a specific source.
Uhhhhh, I just remembered that this is a big problem. That means Space Marines are slotted to have twice the players of the next largest faction. Damn Imperials.
Shame the orks aren't doing better. I want a proper waaagh. Oh well I'll just have to be twice as fight.

There were 2 parts to what I was saying. 1) that Orks were not being pushed back. That's just because there's no evidence or sources to prove it. The person that was saying it might happen was just trying to stir things up, which annoyed me. The other part about F2W not starting until a couple months after launch is something Nathan said, but I don't remember where. It was within the last 3 weeks. EDIT: @Blakklaw here it is:
