really? so you are going to argue that buying a weapon on monday that was awesome and now on friday it sucks balls is not a good reason to request a refund for used RTC? imo its a dam good reason ... its called deception in the real world but as said by others i am NOT using / buying any RTC till they get the dumb ass prices sorted eg lowered and then see how many people kick off . if that ever happens if not its just RTC that is not gonna get used
Its not a single player game, balance will happen, if you can't handle that, don't buy RTC weapons. Plus, bE admitted they overnerfed reaper launcher and will be buffing it back a bit. EC is NOT a game for wallet warriors, you have F2P titles for that.
now thats an argument .. not the crap u said earlier yes this is true BUT still annoying for people that spent rtc for weapons that get changed weeks down the road .. aka balance .. we all know balance and release should not have been so soon and it was not the devs fault BUT now they have to deal with the extra fallout from this .. shame really
People demanded this would happen in planetside 2 as well; never got a single cent from it and I assume that's going to still be the case here. You've successfully received the item of purchase and put it to use, so the only plausible reasons for them to refund (those being accidental purchase or not receiving an item but still being charged) are effectively null. Buyer beware is always an important mentality with these kinds of things because devs will constantly be rebalancing weapons and such so to buy them is to accept the risk that your shiny special variant is just as prone to change as the rest of the game is.
This only encourages players to not buy RTC. I best spread the news around to my friends before they go about doing something stupid.
Do you realize not every RTC weapons, are reskined? Some RTC weapons have better stats (Eldar have better recoils for example).
Wow Wow WOw WOw! wow wow! Wait for a second. Big E wanna realize somtha. I remember dat devz stated long time ago, dat RTC guns will have different stats, but not OP. Somtha like all gunz have 100 pts and all of them spended on weapons stats in different wayz, but as a result all weapons have same 100 pts. Yeah. So da devs stated, dat rogue-wigger gonna toss us unique-skinned staff with stats, dat have no analog in da game, but not worse or better dan in-game stuff. And now da Big E reads dat all dat 10-20 bucks monkey-crap is just mommaluvin reskin and datz for all? And when da people saying WTF dat gun was nice, but now is shit, da jabronies from all over da forum starts to throw brown stinky stuff and say datz all is OK. Notha is okay! And if u doubt it, Big E gonna toss bright-gangsta minds to yas head! Yeah!
Whilst it is very apparent that they are carrying out knee jerk nerfs in the wrong places, asking for a refund is futile. I mean, where does it end? Will people ask for a refund every time they run a balance pass and change something? Also, given that RTC weapons are only reskins, I assume you only purchased what you did for the aesthetics, not to gain a pay to win advantage? So, you still have your pretty pixels, nothing has changed.
