    IC:
The noble was looking out of the hatch on top of the Taurox that he and a few cultists were mounted in. Forfoz's tank had just fired on the Manufactorum gate. The explosion from the shell caused the gate to corrode. Richard was rather impressed by it. It was like a work of art to him. There was no way the pitiful loyalists of this world were going to survive the fury of the Word Bearers.
  2. Forfoz drives "the finger of nurgle" into the manufaktorium. The bolters on the side, controlled by his mind is spewing out green glowing bullets that explosed on impact, showering victims and metal alike with acid. turning almost everything into sludge. He cackles as the tanks enters and wrecks devestation. The Finger of nurgle spews out gas on the sides, making guardsmen choke to death. It is if the god of decay himself has appeared. Forfoz continues to give commands to the controlls. The tank now being as a second body to him. he hasn't fused with it, but his mind is directly connected to it. He feels every rock and every skull crushed by the giant tank.

  3. He could almost feel the pitiful souls of their prey flail helplessly into the Dark Prince's grasp. As the bloodletting went on, so too did his waves of blood lust and pleasure crash upon his being.
But in truth, he wanted more. These fat, complacent nobles and their families were but pitiful morsels, diluted and clouded, as they were, by a life of luxury. Their souls didn't compare to the fighting spirits of Guardsmen, who were more satisfying to slake his thirst with. If Lord Sharr's plan worked, he would soon be facing the Praetorians in an ambush. Soon...
At last, the murders became more and more sporadic. The Raptors transformed the Noble District into a ghost town. There was nothing here but the echoes of life cut short, and rivers of blood spreading across cobblestone roads, spilling down marble staircases. The Dark Prince would certainly be pleased by this suffering.
Alas, Her blessings ebbed away from the warriors. The last tides of ecstasy was leeched away, leaving some with an aching desire for more. Ramiel was used to the feeling, so he could resist Slaanesh's temptations somewhat better than his forces. The peeling of skin and flesh from his burned face, however, was a newer, painful, sensation. It was a reminder of his battles with the Salamanders (Warp damn them).
"Come, brothers, there is no time to lose!" he said on the vox channel. "The Praetorians will wish to flock to their deaths. We will give them such.
"Havocs, prepare cross-fire positions at Primaris, Secundus, and Tertiary positions! Raptors, you will charge into the fray on my mark. Make sure you have melta weapons at your disposal for vehicles. Biker squads, take up flanking positions. You will circle around and contain stragglers, then close in and complete the circle!
"Today shall see a bloody slaughter dedicated to Khorne! Blood for the Blood God!"
"SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE!" was the hearty response from the vox channels.
Ramiel couldn't help but smirk. He was certain the Khornate mutant would be pleased at such a display were he present. He pushed such thoughts away as he prepared the second stage of his part.
A Rhino slowed to a halt nearby, and disgorged his Chosen Squad. In his absence, they had taken part in some of the fighting at the gate. One marine was missing, presumably dead. Another was missing a forearm, the ragged stumo already forming a mass of scar tissue.
The Astartes shrugged. "Nothing the Chirumeks can't help with a replacement," he said.
"We appreciate your stubbornness, brother," Ramiel said, giving a heavy pat on the shoulder. "For you, I have a special gift from the Great Schemer..." the assembled Chosen growled a low chuckle.
The Champion of the 27th Host held up his hands, and began chanting, another incantation in a tongue incomprehensible to mere mortals.
At first, nothing happened. The only sounds to be heard were the other forces shuffling into position all around them, Ramiel's low chanting, and the distant rumble of cavalry, vehicles. Then, an invisible wind shifted around them, whipped around their parchment seals of tanned flesh. The very air around them shimmered and light warped and bent around their bulky forms. Slowly, but surely, Ramiel and his Chosen squad, became invisible to any but the most observant, who could only see traces and outlines. With the incantation done, the cloaked marines took to positions where they could strike, just in time to see Praetorian horses slowing their approach to the dead city...

"look, the guardsmen are tying to set up a firing line, how cute"

*Alexander and The Brotherhood charge forward into the still forming line, killing the officer first, then the commissar, and butchering the rest of the panicked guardsmen before moving on to the next group of enemies*

"THIS IS ALMOST TOO EASY!" *Alexander yelled into both the chaos force's vox channel and into his vox amplifier so the nearby guardsmen could here it*

OOC: Hope everyone was able to get packs and migrations taken care of? I had a little glitch on my name so instead of Sharranous I am now Savage XD. Also, I don't consider the RPG dead. I'm just tending to some family matters today. But I'll start something up tomorrow. Long story short: consider if you'd like to have control of a Raven Guard character of your own? One that's a loyalist. Don't post up their details and specs yet, I'll tell you when ;)
  6. OOC: it is fine xD

Sharr could hear the souls scream in the Warp. Their frightened screams brought a sinister smirk to his lips as the daemon eye looked up and down constantly, watching the souls ascend into the Eye of Terror.
    ~'Soooo many, souls.'
"And more to come." Sharr's smile vanished, his patience drawing then as he turned his Vox to Ramiel.
"Ramiel, Report! Is my Legion ready to begin storming the Imperial Barracks?"

The Praetorian convoy advanced up the road. Conscripts ran in platoon formations, taking up the sides of the side walks of the Nobel Districts. A few broke off and set up firing positions inside the towers as the Sentinel walkers ran behind the thunderous arrow point of the Cavalry elite.

Captain Rou of the Regiments Cavalry drew his dueling saber as his aid held aloft the Regimental standard, resplendent it's heraldry colours. He switched to the Vox channel of the Sentinel Captain, "Captain Tanith, I'll bring my riders into their forces. That will distract them enough for your men to take off the stragglers."

"Copy that Rou. Good hunting, watch yourself, the Astarties are as tall as you on that stallion."
"Not to worry old friend. If I can take out an Ork Nob I can take out these damn trait..."
The Captain soon pulled off his ride. Followed by his standard bearer and more of his forces. Swept off their rides by unseen force. Before Captain Rou could realize what had happened, he the hot electric slice of a power blade pierce his heart as he lay lifeless on the rockcrete. The last sound he heard was his stallion dying screams as a Bolter round caught it in the neck.

"What in the Emperor's Name was that? Rou, are you there? Rou...Rou answer me damn it! Sentinel squad covering fire! Deploy smoke! Hold positions. Captain Pines, Xin I've lost contact with the Captain Rou. Watch the roads for incoming."

As the advancing reinforcements found themselves caught unawares, the defensive line established their second firing line. Hail storms of Autocannon shells and Heavy Bolter rounds lite up the night once more. The Cult Gangs and raving Blood Born still advanced, their distorted and horrendous visages illuminated from the explosions on the road.

    OOC:
Alright the time has come. For those who want you can create a 2nd character for the Raven Guard. Same rules apply to creation of the character and any PVP combat. However, if your character interacts with your Word Bearer Toon you may damage each other to your liking from scaring, dismemberment and killing off if you want. Or even leave a cliff hanger if you want someone to interrupt the event.

Name: Captain Furo Ultrix of the Raven Guard’s 6th Company
Weapons: Lighting Claw and Combi Plasma/Bolter
Distinguishing Marks on character & armour:
    Ø Terminator Armour
    Ø Bald
Ø Flamer burn scars over face
Ø Raven Guard emblem embossed over chest
Ø Raven Guard emblem branded on forehead in shining silver.
    Brief history of your Character
Ø Survivor of the Istvaan V massacre, the memories of the event still haunt him. Rising to the ranks of Captain of the Raven Guard’s 2nd Company he remains on watch for any threats by the forces of Chaos.
    Flaws (at least 2)
Ø Driven by revenge: Above all, Furo Ultrix seeks revenge against the Traitor Marines that took part on Istvaan V. Legions such as the Word Bearers, Iron Warriors, Black Legion, Alpha Legion and the World Eaters. He is focused on vengeance he often loses himself.
Ø Selfish: Driven by his quest for revenge, he often places himself at great risk just too kill a traitor marine. Often neglecting his own men in favor of a vengeful kill.

    IC:

The Night Wing sailed through the void of space like a predator on the hunt. The Imperial Battleship had just left Warp space, following a dying trail left behind in the wake of a large unknown fleet. The Battleship was near impossible to notice in the black of the void and the night side of the moon. A Retribution class of the Emperor’s Space Marine Chapter, the Raven Guard, drifted slowly in the orbit of Rorke Primaris moon. It was shadowed by it’s escort ships, the Reliant and the Prosperon, two Dauntless class Cruisers baring the mark of the Raven Guard upon their hull.

As the fleet of XIX Chapter remained unnoticed by what ever lay over the System Capitol of the Subsector, Captain Furo Ultrix watched and waited for the rendering of the ships to appear in the hololithic display of the command dais. The glow of the display cast a soft emerald glow upon his black Crux Terminatous. The burn scars seemed to cast his stare into a permanent sinister snarl.
The Ship Captain approached him, dressed in the colors of the Chapter and baring many victory commendations upon his uniform. He stood at attention beside the Company Captain. He cleared his throat to gain his Captain’s attention.
“Yes Captain Lex?” The Company Captain spoke with a low bass tone. His eyes still locked on the holo display.
“We will have visual of the invasion force any second now, m’lord.”
“Have we identified the signature of the Warp wake the fleet left behind?”
“I’m afraid not m’lord. The trail grew cold after it was discovered. But judging from the readings it appears to be a large scale fleet. With respect, m’lord, I must again request we send out request for reinforcements. We don’t have the necessary fire power to break through a blockade of this scale.”
“Your request is noted, Fleet Captain, but unadvisable at this time. If we send out a signal now we risk the enemy learning of our location. Worse if they realize we are already here they will withdraw and the element of surprise lost to us. No, we will handle this ourselves.”
A deck officer yelled across from his station on the command deck, “Sir! Confirmation and Identification confirmed! Patching the data through.”

The Occulous screen activated, revealing the silhouette of the invasion fleet looming beside two Imperial Space Fortifications. The screen blinked twice, increasing magnification. The Fleet Captain felt his breath escape him, but kept his mouth shut and instead clasped his hands around the gold railing before him. He would not allow fear to appear on his face, especially before the hands. He recognized the configuration of these ships all to well.

A snarl of disgust filled the void of silence, “Word Bearers.” Captain Furo’s gaze turned vile as he witnessed the rendering of the XVII Legions fleet come into view on the Holo-display. “Fleet Captain Lex, keep the fleet behind the moon until further notice. Keep us running silent and have a watch on those ships. Alert me the moment there’s any change in their movement. Alert the Chapter Sergeants to meet with me in the war room.”
    “Aye sir!”

Captain Furo turned and made for the war chamber of the Night Wing. No sooner had he passed the twin doors of the Command Bridge that the Ship wide Vox called all Raven Guard Sergeants to the War room. Furo felt like howling in rage. The sight of the Traitor Legion brought back the haunting memories of Istvaan V. How he and a hand full of other Legionaries in the XIX survived the horrors before their rescue.

OOC: whats a good name for someone with a jump pack and lighting claws, i have an idea but need a name

I usually goto some English to Latin, Greek or Roman sites for ideas. Just enter a few key words that make up the personality or trait to your character. Like Captain Furo Ultrix is Latin for angry revenge. I even used it for naming the Hosts flag ship in the RPG.
