Will there be some sort of Multi-faction battle zones in the post launch game? Such as a Orks vs. Space Marines vs. Eldar, or something like that?

No, they've covered that somewhere else. That maps - at least for now - will be 1 faction vs. 1 faction.

I think what they said is that's how it will always be, but you may get temporary cross faction alliances so you could see Eldar and SM vs. Orks and Chaos but there would only be two teams.

That Makes sense. It's going to be very hectic when they do put more factions into the game such as Dark Eldar, or Necron or something. Ha!

I think in the stream before last there was a question about this and they said that something like this might happen....although I may have been drunk and hearing things by that point!
