While I may still be busy creating my character (Hopefully to be done by the end of the week, or earlier should I get the sudden energy to do such a thing), I can reveal that said character is a Skitarii. Looks like @BuriasDempsey's character will have another character with unusual healing requirements!

A filthy infiltrator / thief. Not necessarily Ratling, but perhaps even a young person? Like you know someone between the ages 10-16. Someone who despites murder and crap but loves stealing stuff. Kind of like 'Parker' in the TV show 'Leverage'.
Why that age? Seems a bit young for trained individual hire on. Might have the ability for a stealth character though don't know if he's good enough for the crew also think you guys are missing a heavy weapons individual.
Because the young age gives more perspective. And come on, have you ever watched any TV show or movie ever? Plus, nobody would suspect such a young kid to belong to anyone meaningful. Everyone would expect a 40+ master thief, but a lil kiddo? Deception! You just don't want competition!
and a big ass axe so basically Krorg is the close quarters tank that will smash everything but he could use heavy weapons if properly instructed how to use them.
