Nah you got a whole different archetype, even being a woman amongst Astartes (can imagine that is rather difficult, given they don't have any women amongst them. Then again it's your own custom chapter so what do we know xD And I would suggest personally to just roll with something original. Just got a bit disheartened to see another Serf after thinking it was a great idea, lol. But oh well, there is nothing new under the sun!
@TechCaptain Hmmm question to gm about the space marine slot could one be a dreadnought? Could also try a priest of a imperial cult or possibly attempt a crusader that's been ordered to be a bodyguard and to watch out for any signs of chaos on there journey. I think I will try something else I will likely make a different character sheet when I get home. Also for serfs I thought space marines would look for any that are amoung there world that could serve a chapter adequately.
Dreadnought? lol. Would mean we can never take you anywhere since you don't fit! :X A Crusader or Priest would be an interesting bit, though I rather have a crusader than a priest. Unless you go a bit more .... Open minded Priest. I just don't wanna hear all the time of how we are all sinners and evil for not praying 10 times a day xD I did play a Crusader once I think....? It's pretty fun to run around with massive shield and claymore-style sword hacking away. As for Serfs, we go lore-bending/breaking a bit here so I was okay with it. In the lore itself though Serfs are literally rejected mortals who didn't manage to become Astartes. Be it not even fit enough for the operations, considered too old, or like my guy not able to go through the entire process. So women would never be considered in the first place. But since I want this not a lore-strict game I didn't mention it before nor really cared for in-game purposes http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Chapter_Serf Oh one idea! What if you play a woman who trained to become a Sororitas, but was ultimately rejected to become a Battle Sister or excommunicated or so?
Actually women can be serfs but those are generally from serf families. Anyways no to the Dreadnought but since we are in the early stages yet yo guys can change up things. Talk it out. I want the crew be able to work together.
I have not seen one female Serf ever, any source on that? Out of curiosity more than anything ^^ Also I would imagine those are more restricted to world-bound chapters than fleet-based, since family names would actually have more impact amongst them than nomads. Repentia could be overkill, but I wouldn't mind to have a crazy eviscerator swinging lady in the crew.... As long as I get to collect the blood for..... Research.... #TotallyNotAVampire
the Spacewolves use families witch they dont recruit from, no recruits from Asaheim, they are destined to be the housecarls of the Fang, and the crews of the huge Fenrisian fleet.
Space Wolves are the exception to all and everything though, lol. They also "Do not use warp powers" That is a discussion more for the tavern than here though.
I just realized that if Eylise has to do any medical procedure for Duriel, she'll have to deal with super dense bones and other space marine enhancements he might have while deciphering some of the more odd looking organs, the implants.
Someone else is a doing that in a different rp actually. I got the idea of possiblly a iron Father from another homebrew I have that ended up with rogue trader after being separated from his chapter and awakening to learn that they and another chapter have gone a crusade in the segmentum obscures and has been basicly left stranded to far from his chapter for a simple pick up and either gets the option of either joining death watch or joining up with the rogue trader.
