Dang, was thinking of playing around with a pyro happy psyker with some telepathy for fun.
Hm, not sure who well a Krieger trooper would fit. One that was picked up with medicae training for his silence and willingness to do everything he was told to the letter by the Rouge trader but eventually starts developing a personality after so long being outside of a Krieg regiment. Or could a low level techpriest to fix things to the best of her abilities. Just some ideas floating around for now.

I kinda like the sound of a Krieger starting to figure out emotions and who they really are without the constraints of Krieg society.

They and Urkrag could possibly trade stories about doing horrible things to orks.

I was more so going for a new pysker so more of an apprentice mage feel as i feel like playing a younger character in an RP so if i went the overall knowledgible character it would be a bit weird and kind of make him into a know-it-all and thats a bit meh. Though maybe i might go biomancy and buff everyone

Problem is that unless you are trained, you can barely use any psychic abilities. Or worse so: You would endanger us all with even the simplest tricks xD

That is why psychic latent people are taken from worlds in black cruisers, waaaaay too dangerous. In my opinion anyhow. Unless of course you are some sort of super latent genius But then, where would be the drawback really be, right?

Also not necessarily know-it-all. Just a well versed individual. Again, only my opinion here. I always felt that human psykers to play them 'authentic' is one of the more difficult things to do since they would use powers only in emergency cases even, since the dangers of the warp are too real. There is a reason why even the super latent and superior eldar use runes to protect themselves when using powers ^^

Not saying he's untrained just that he's a pysker good enough for a group of wyrdvane but he's the equivalent of factory new so a naive-ish character which would have a fun chemistry with the plethora of scared veterans we're getting and yeah imperium pyskers are fickle to play.

Mhhhh I see what you mean. I just wonder about the background then of the guy himself of where he got the powers from and trained and such ^^ Would love something perhaps handed down in the family, given that psyker gene would make sense to run in the family. You know, on a knight world or something. Could also explain some basic combat training like being a former squire!

I would say lets stick to human sub-types because of future plot reasons. sorry Tuska about the orks but I dont really feel comfortable with their lore.
