Funny you should say that when Miguel himself admitted that they will consider a price change and that he cares about our opinion on the subject. This very thread is in fact us doing something about it. And remember, as consumers we are ALWAYS in a position to demand. That's our job in capitalism. We demand and they supply.
and if someone want to buy other item need to pay an absurd quantity of money. because you only need 40$ for the game. so after 2 item you need to pay 25$ for another hero 25$ for the vehicles and the shop is empty. in 18 months the shop will be full of items and you will need an huge quantity of money for buy all the hero,weapon,vehicles etc etc this is not a f2p game. this is a b2p game. i repeat myself: people that want to buy some item will pay more than a p2p game: so it's better to have a montly fee and have ALL item that don't have a monthy fee and need to pay too much.
I am not opposed to the idea of a rogue trader shop, I don't mind paying money for cool items or weapons or vehicles, what i am opposed to is paying upwards of $20 for an item that none of you have seen in game. An item that is literally in concept, obviously you and I aren't obliged to buy these items. However just take a second and think, if you buy something from the rogue trader or founders shop (think thats what its called) you are buying something which hasn't been finalized which hasn't been put in engine it literally doesn't exist in the game yet. Some of these items may not even make it into launch if there isnt enough resources to spare. Right said my peace, I am entitled to my opinion so here it is, if I get a stern talking to for posting it then so be it. EDIT:I'd happily pay up to a fiver for a good skin or skin pack or weapons pack but when a weapon costs the same as a dlc its a bit cheeky.

Hell, the very top comment on EC's hype page over at MMORPG.com right now is complaining about how the entire thing is a cash grab and that the team is just out for money because they can't put out something good. A reconsideration of prices will really help this game gain more founders and keep current ones happy.
I kinda don't agree with the RT prices. I bought a Captain's pack, and got 150,000 points. I can buy everything CURRENTLY, but as stuff comes out. I will have nothing but 30,000 to buy with.
I personally like this approach much more and can attest to it being much more likely to entice me to spend more money on the Rogue Trader Store. Heck, it would almost guarantee that I buy a subscription point plan. Plus, it is very close to what I was thinking in terms of revised pricing. In fairness, the devs have assured us that the game is fully-funded (not that it justifies the insanity of purchasing a game 18 months in advance ), meaning that everything they offer will make it into the game at this point. This includes the content offered into the Rogue Trader. NOTE: This isn't 'the devs can do no wrong' it's 'they made a public announcement, I trust they're not going to go back on their word'. However, I agree with that the price seems wrong, given the afore mentioned statement. Prices need to be lowered otherwise the negative press could affect the game's success in 18 months time (curse the power of the internet ) EDIT: I think everyone who's commented the prices need adjusting has now agreed on Flip's prices as quoted in the post above, so, yeah...
