Arcana items are unique and come with extreme special effect on them, they're quite gorgeous to look at. They don't get obsolete, ever, cuz there is only 1 per hero. Not exactly. You also need to take into the account that not all will be willing to spend all their RP on heroes/elites, or have enough RP to spawn, or have unlocked their heroes/elites to spawn, or spawn at the same time and the same place. Moreover, this will be even less likely in organized groups.
Miguel isn't working at this company anymore, anything he might have stated or implied may or may not still hold true. Dissatisfaction with the prices of in store items needS to be brought to Nathan's attention now as he is the new sheriff in town, and he might have different plans or justifications for the current prices. Plus we now have a checkout which facilitates an actual transaction. I know personally I would like to know if these are the prices we can expect to be paying over the next few years of this game.
The current checkout isn't actual transaction, a prototype at best. No real checkout let you sell back your purchase to the store at will.
Oh im not disputing that Nathan should be made aware, just that i feel he might already be aware of this. Never hurts to make sure though, and you might want to actually call him in the thread with the tag function if you want to be 100% sure hes aware.
It's funny because when I go to the store and buy something at the checkout counter, if I don't like it after I get home I take it back... To the checkout counter... For store credit... Or a refund! But I guess those are not REAL Checkouts, because I can still get my money back. When are you gonna wake up sleepy! But there are rules for those refunds to be legitimate, aren't there? See the term "at will" I put there. If you don't, then you should be the ones who need waking up, bro. Try to find a refund system that free and easy from Steam or other microtransaction store then tell me about it, even Origins with 1 of the best refund system as of now only allows you to trial the product you bought for a day. Oh, and Katie did say that the checkout was in prototype phase, the thing is currently full of bugs for godsake. Don't you try to read something first before you post nonsense like this? Geez!

It's been fun playing with you, but let me be frank, all I'm after is a better price for us as customers of this game. If you can't or don't want to appreciate that then by all means tell me something I don't know. But first allow me to concede that you are correct in all matters and regards here within these forums, as this seems to be your primary objective. This way I'll save you the trouble of building more text walls. Torn. One hand the sticker shock of the prices isn't helping, especially when no one can define the value of the classes/wargear they apply to without having experienced Beta. In most cases the weapons are little more than skins, with a pre-loaded mod/s, and that's only come out recently (Brent's Q&A answer). The Hero and Elite are even less well defined ... How do you put a price tag on something so completely intangible ? On the other hand if they moved the prices down now and then decided to bump them up again I'd be royally pissed AND despite the back and forth bullshit, at least as far as current Founders are concerned, it doesn't matter what the prices are in the short term: They have no practical relevance for at least the next 6-12 months if you've already payed the money *shrug*. We can afford patience, it's the sticker shock for those considering buying in with no clear understanding of what's being sold that's the problem. All about value. There is clearly a need to define the Founder gear/classes that supersedes actual pricing concerns. I want as many Founders to buy in as possible, and not for any altruistic reason.
Where and when did I argue with you about the price? I've stated multiple times in this thread and some other threads that some of the items prices are not reasonable. That aside, what I find is wrong in your posts, statements, comments, I'll proceed to correct them, whether you like it or not.
