Ohhhh that reminds me since you play Psyker. You need to pick spells. Get into the database and then under 'Psychic Abilities' Sheet. There you pick 12 General spells and 6 Faction Specific spells which would be 'Chaos' because technically in the legacy system Renegades are counted under Chaos.
il pick them faction spells doombolt teleportation warptime gift of chaos mass mutations chains of torment non faction spells Fiery Form: Fire Shield: Flame Breath: Inferno: Molten Beam: Sunburst: Assail: Crush: Gate of Infinity: Objuration Mechanicum: Shockwave: Telekine Dome:
wait would we still count as chaos since we are from crusade era just as legions were turning to chaos. And if so wouldn't they just be starting to learn of chaos spells?
I said technically in the system. The lore behind it doesn't really matter since it could be that he simply learned that stuff in his free-time over the last 10k years, he had enough time to experiment - mh?
But we are renegades from the Great Crusade/Horus heresy. Until the very end, the traitors didn't really worship the Chaos gods like they do in more recent times. Like only a ship worth of Death Guards were Plague marines and only a ship worth of Word Bearers were Possesed. Then you got the more unsure ones like the World Eaters were always doing crazy slaughter, Magnus was always doin them sick spells with his legion when he wasn't supposed too and got tricked/screwed into chaos, and the Iron warriors were always cold calculated asshats. So, really until the end they turned full chaos and we weren't there for any of that.
I said we might start monday Except that sorcerers had been forbidden by the Imperium sometimes during the Great Crusade, had it not? So perhaps you guys just live further by that rule. It could after all go that far that @lord-watchman 's char doesn't even describe it as Warp Sorcery but as 'Invoking the Spirits' kinda like Fenrisian 'Sorcery' works like.
