Remove the auto aim (cover aim, idk) from vehicles.

I'm gunna need a picture of that to believe it. Is this like in the open field or have either of you taken cover?
  2. Open field, usually involving rails on catwalks. I have been above, below, and even level with the target when the cursor has done it. I will try for a screen shot next time I am online when it does it again.

Next time you are in a vehicle and man the gun. Point at a target that you are either above or below (don't have many targets that are even with you and etch the target cursor. Ork vehicle weapons are on the right side of the screen, it still jumps down and left. The garrison would be a good place to see if you can cause it to happen yourself.

Either way I think its a crap system.

Predator autocannon snaps to terrain and makes it hard to aim at people in a lot of cases. Aiming close to the corner of a wall in the distance snaps the aim circle to the wall like the aim thinks I somehow need assistance aiming at nothing important.

But that huge rock wall that is the size of a starship couldn't POSSIBLY stop a bullet, let along a massive high explosive shell!!!!!

Let's fire 200 rounds and not hit anything like so many others in game. Or better yet, lets just shoot teammates! That is FAR easier than shooting enemies.

I'll give an example happens to me when defending on one of the fortress maps. I cant remember the name but its the main fortress map iirc. When defending point B I sit on the bottom floor, the point has pillars around it with defense lines inbetween some of them. Ill sit on the back left pillar when facing the front entrance. Ill pop out from cover and aim my plasma gun to the front door. I try and aim to travel through the door and land ,hopefully, near the right side of the door where people like to pop out from. But the problem is that most of the time the crosshair auto moves and locks on to the wall to the right of the door, preventing me from shooting through the door. When i get on tonight I'll get a few screen caps if I pull that map.

It's not "locking on" to the cover. Because the non-pistol weapons have no lock-on whatsoever. What it's doing you is warning you that your shot will hit the cover instead of go over the cover

That was more an issue due to un polished level design. Too many invisible objects that hadnt been shaved down or removed yet. As the game progresses that old system is genuinly the better system.

Nothing has actually changed except the UI; bullet tracers use the same pathing. Unless I get photos of the crosshair snapping off a target when both of you are in open ground, I stand by the assertion: non-pistols have no auto-aim, and the game is just warning you that you're off target
