ive said it for months now yet there are still some who dont (want to) get it, including several devs: this game lacks profile. it doesnt have a single feature that makes it stand out. it doesnt challenge or innovate, it cant even decide on the genre. its a shooter but no first person view. they insist on third personview yet you cant change the camera. they took away every, and i mean EVERY sense of freedom and ownership a player could have in this game: open world, not even a big zone, tactical map, etc. instead of coming up with stuff to compensate for the stripped away features they just resort to: in the near future! in a month the game will launch, and it will be like it is now: not talking bout melee balance and its probably more polished, but it will be exactly like it is now because there's always the next 'best'thing over the horizon, with the next patch, or the next expansion, etc. Right now of 61k owners, 308 people played it yesterday. I expect to see a spike upwards in the first week to 10 days, after that it will plummet again and be as it is now. Anyone who just looks at this in a manner of fact attitude can predict this, yet the devs appear to make no effort or are downright in denial. I wouldnt play this game if it were free to play in the state it is now. And once we put launch behind us this will hopefully become clear to the devs aswell and they start to make a serious effort to properly remake this game. yes i am pessimistic, but i got eyes and a functioning brain, it is what it is.

No one but you it seems" And here I thought you could read for once... but NOPE. I never said I could read the future, nor was I making any claims that say I could, I was making claims that people are yelling "GAME WILL FAIL LOL IM PRO", I was just saying that you can't know and I was explaining things outside of that.

I started to get worried about the game quite shortly after I bought early this year. So far all my worries has been confirmed... And I think we all bought this game because we had hopes and wanted it to be good and succeed. But like you said, we have eyes and brains. I don't think that they will redo this game if launch fail, I don't think it will be money for that. More likely staff cuts will be made and game will be put into maintenance mode.

MY SOURCES (Friends who've had private discussions with some devs) have said.. pretty much the same things I believe, give or take.

Again, if you're here to act like some kind of superior, just go away, you're adding nothing to the convo. "Expansions" They mean content updates. Like what EA games have. So.. its an EA game. Challenge everything! What do you mean by this?
I don't think it would be any problem to have it look like now, it just need to have some features that makes the game special other than a hopefully optimized lobby shooter.
