definitely couldn't make a promise for the life time of the game. I am not even a developer, just trying to keep my finger on the pulse. It is a tough call I imagine cause they have to make sure that there is no more than 5% saturation of Pre-Heresy items in game. This is one way to control that during founding. Maybe a PM to a dev would give you more certain answer, rather than trusting in the bs I come up with off the top of my head

Iron Warriors should get some mechanical Implants and Arms. They dont serve a Chaos God.

I think things like Heroes and Vehicles (which I have my reservations about on paper, but we'll see how it works out) should have some more sub-faction-specific flavor to them. For instance, the Night Lords could have their Warp Talons as hero units, and the Iron Warriors could have Obliterators.

Yeah, definetely. There is no Master of Relics in the SW Chapter. In fact, every current Wolf Lord is known by name

I'm a bit confused as to the direction development seems to be going, as far as implementing Heroes.

Some of the Heroes in the Rogue Trader are Chapter Specific. Fallen Angel, Legion of the Damned.... I was hoping that Heroes would be "generic" per say... ie Librarian, Chaplain, Terminator, Dreadnaught.. but the Hero you requisition would come into the game world with your specific Chapter, Clan,or Craftworld's skin.

ie If I'm on my Space Wolf character, and I requisition a Chaplain, I get a Space Wolf Chaplain that has wolf pelts, wolf heads, ect. If I'm on my Ultramarine character and requisition a Chaplain, I get a UM Chaplain with their iconic symbols, relics, ect.

I think some players will be rubbed the wrong way if they are die hard fans of their Chapter, if the hero they want to requisition is from another Chapter. Imagine being a member of the Dark Angels, and the hero you want to requisition is only available as a Space Wolf hero... rolling into the briefing room on your Space Wolf, and the briefing room is full of your Dark Angel guild/squad Officers and guild mates all decked out in green. Imagine how that would go over...
