This is a little outdated. 7th edition Blood Angels are fully red, with no company colours or shoulder trim. Sergeants have red trim and black pauldrons with yellow chapter badge, effectively the reverse of the rest of the chapter. 1st Company has a white skull. The chest eagle is now a darker shade of gray with a silver skull, with sergeants getting a yellow skull. The correct solution would be the trim colours changing the colour and number of drops in the right pauldron, this way Blood Angels wouldn't be cheated out of a customization option. Space Wolves would get their various company badges.
Well probably true, sense is that if you buy trim for BA character u wont be able to use it on him without any notification for that.
After 2 weeks of waiting their reply I just got an answer so thought I should share in case anyone is curious about refunds. "I would love to be able to help you with this, however we do not offer refunds for any in-game purchases."
Hm seems in-game purchases aren't refundable but any made on the RT store when it was up are according to the twitch stream. Currently got a ticket going to try and get a 20K refund on some Armour I bought last year that hasn't made it's way in-game yet. Also decided to see if I could get a refund on the Flesh Ripper / Rage Spitter weapons as well although I'm not optimistic as those ARE in-game now but I don't really use them and personally would want more points for Armour instead. Will see what happens.
