Refund for Trim, I am a Space Wolf

Discussion in 'Ask the Team' started by Confalone, Oct 3, 2016.

  1. Hello, recently I spent 2000 RTC on trims on the store for my space marine. Since they DO NOT say that space wolves cannot use them I was excited. Now I wasted RTC and cant use them, can I please have a refund? No where does it say that space wolves cant use trim and 2k ETC is a lot since it premium currency.

Pro tip - Buy things through the character's appearance tabs - that lists everything you can actually use, the store lists everything that's available to the Space Marine faction, but doesn't say what individual chapters can use which item.

  3. Ask for a support ticket on the founders tab. Its true that right now the tooltips dont say much, so its a valid refund.

  4. Founders tab? I'm a sergant level founder but not sure what you mean
  5. Go to players, founder sheet and click on more information. There you will be redirected to another page and in the right there is a ¨got a question¨ to submit the ticket. Hope it helps!
  6. or just take the link to the support page at the bottom of this side: https://bhvrmtl.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

Though i agree with shitty tooltip you should have known Space wolves dont use shoulder trims for company recognition, only codex chapters do.

As same as Blood Angels dont use trims colours too as others codex chapters. So if you buy some for BA toon it will be waste od rtc.
The Codex markings for BA are quoted below:
"The Blood Angel Chapter of Space Marines wear a power armoured suit of vermillion with yellow chest eagle. The Chapter badge is worn on the left shoulder and is black with a black edge trim. The exception is Sergeants who wear reversed colours - ie a black shoulder pad with red badge and trim. The right shoulder pad is also trimmed with black, although trim colours are often missed off or overpainted on campaign.....The separate companies are denoted by the colour and number of blood drops on the right shoulder pad, positioned above the name plate where present. The exception to this is the 1st Co., which bears a yellow skull instead. Individual Squads are either distinguished by back banners of varying design or not indicated."
