Questions About Ork Klanz And Faction Development

    Yup this is a amazing give me blood axes so we can have WWI Gretchen and runt herders dressed as commissars

    Darn, I dunno which klan I like the most. Blood Axes are awesome, and I definitely think they should be the 5th klan. But I just feel like Snakebites don't get enough attention. We know a lot about the other klans, but the only thing we really know about the snakebites is that they are followers of "the old ways", (whatever that means), and that they have a large collection of squigs.

    Well, looking at it this way...
    Goffs would provide potent melee power and probably large numbers of boys that are hard as nails.
    Evil Sunz would provide fast movement and light vehicle support.
    Deffskulls have the biggest tanks and/or guns.
    Bad Moonz would provide probably some high-power infantry guns (a la Flash Gitz) and some really flash armor. Making them very rare, comparatively, but very powerful.

    If they add Snakebites, what would that add?
    Possibly some Squiggoth support (which would possibly be too similar to the Vehicles of Evil Sunz and Deffskulls)
    Maybe some poisoned weapons? That'd be interesting, but I doubt the mechanic will be in the game. (Though if Dark Eldar get added later...)
    Surely they'd be tougher because of all the poisons and bites they take! (But that's already covered by the goffs.)

    If they add Blood Axes, what would that add?
    A fluffy reason for orks to work with other factions (occasionally)
    More stealthy elements for the orks to play
    Trading? (Though that could be the expertise of Bad Moonz and/or Deffskulls)
  4. Snakebites - More Wyrdboyz, Runt 'Erders so basically magic and pets
    Blood Axes - Sneaky Gitz!!!!

    Stealth seems so far like an under explored aspect of the game since bE have yet to release any information regarding it including if it will even be present in the game but it'd be fun to see some Shadow battles between Sneaky Gitz, Scouts, Scorpions and Cultists.

    Will the irks be slow or fast in the game and will they be harder to kill the other factions? As un can they take more damage the say a csm or eldar?

    Well, they should certainly be able to take a beating. Orks are as tough as space marines, sans the armour of course.

    and as much as I like the freebooterz I just can't seem them getting in, I mean arn't they basically supposed to be an outcast clan? It just dosen't feel right for a clan of orks to fight with the same orks who kicked them out in the first place.

    freebooters are too looney and snakebites too prehistoric :p

    Blood Axe is the best option for another Clan. I am surprised that they took Death Skullz rather than Blood Axe.

    Blood Axe are more famous than Death Skullz.
  9. For my part, I prefer the Snakebites. I doubt loads "Cyberboars" are at stake, but a small side Sauvaj is always to take ...
