Morelth Was thrown back with Several wounds on him slowing him as he got up and regrouped with the others. "Be ready to fire when you see the Imperials get up." he said to the others as he got up. He readied his rifle again getting ready for the next attack. "So did you tau Bring a medic with you?" he asked as he was crouched on one leg

The explosion had taken Se'hen by surprise.

By the time she and her electronics had fully recovered from the shock, even if it had left her slightly wounded, the Shas'Ui was already on top of her cover, bleeding but standing, trying to get a better look at the situation. She registered the few disoriented Imperials still standing and firing, but considered them a lesser problem right now.

As her first reflex, she had changed her vox channel to that of Monty, but reminded herself of her duties and switched back to her own squad, cringing as she saw the charred corpses of Fire Warriors lying amongst the dying flames. It was a truly fitting metaphor, the Fire Warriors returning back to the Fire they were forged from, and at the same time, charred humans lying next to them or even fused with them from the massive heat only a tool of war could produce symbolizing just how alike they all were in war, seperate only by ideology.

"Everyone who's still alive, report back", she voxed first, to ensure that the 'alive' glyphs she was getting weren't false positives, "and state your physical condition. Stay alert, enemies are still abound. And [for fuck's sake], watch out! A ruined tank is not cover! Remember that!" Somewhat shaken, she looked down at the Water Caste. "Are you fine?", she asked off the Vox, before trying to reestablish contact to the Aun'tau. "Lord Aun'zil? We were interrupted..?"

Aloh picked himself up, wincing as his body complained about the rough landing he'd just experienced, and swiftly checked his equipment and armour. Satisfied that nothing would fail on him the Pathfinder turned to his commanding officer, gazing out at the ruined landing pad in shock as he did so.
"La'Aloh reporting in and..." The shas'la gulped as he took in the scale of casualties on both sides. "...ready to keep fighting."

    [Jimel]

Jimel winced as a piece of shrapnel lodges itself in his shoulder. It was painful, but that was about it. "J-Jimel reporting, Shas'La... and probably responsible for dozens of deaths..." He shuddered.

    [Mar]

As the fireball engulfed the battlefield, Mar ducks down, avoiding the blast. "What the hell just happened!?"

The explosion caught Zimo by complete surprise, his escort drone's shield bore the brunt of the attack. The poor little drone was flung to parts unknown. Beeping sadly as it flies into a nearby wall, embedding there. Zimo didn't fair much better. Hitting his head as he fell to the ground. Causing his head to spin and his ears to ringing. For a few moments, Zimo lived in a world without sound or sense.
Zimo'Yi came to his senses slowly. Placing his hand on his head, pulling back to find his lifeblood upon it. It was but a small cut, but above the eye. To any Fire Warrior, such an injury was minor and easily treated. But to Zimo it might as well have been a killing blow. Only the sound of his supposed body guard caught his attention, it slowly becoming louder as his need to hyper ventilate grew. @Casavay
"Do I look alright?! I've been hit! We have to get out of here! *gasp* I can't breath. Everything going dark. I think I taste metal, is that normal? *gasp* *gasp* Where is my drone?" Zimo says, realizing that was the only real thing within his power to find out. Pressing the return function key on his controller.
Behind the group of pathfinders and Zimo, the Drone attempts to dislodge itself. Its anti-gravity thrusters worked in vain to return to its master's side. However, from its new position the drone had a tactical overhead view of the remaining enemy positions. [Beep!]
"What? What do you mean movement prevented? Prevented by what?! And why do you keep flashing pointless images!?" Zimo says in dazzed anger as projected 3d images begin to cycle from his wristband.

  6. A quiet calm had descended over what had moments before been a raging firefight. The calm was only broken by the screams of the wounded, Tau and human alike. A dusty haze intermingled with the smoke from a dozen or more raging fires. The fire created by the initial explosion of the hellhound had spread to some of the nearby buildings, causing the screams of civilians to join those of the "professional" soldiers that lay below. The few soldiers left of the Imperial forces were easy pickings for the trained Tau, most of them getting up sluggishly in the aftermath of the explosion.

    @Casavay

More static follows a transmission before the Ethereal cuts back in, his voice unchanged from before in spite of the massive explosion that just occured:

"Shas'Ui Se'hen, your mission remains unchanged. The Shas'vre is dead, you have operational command. Secure the alliance with the rebels then we will discuss taking the rest of the city. 4th Battalion will be deployed as soon as your battalion has secured the alliance. Aun'Zil out."

OOC: Don't need combat order any more, feel free to emote killing some Imperials or helping people out of rubble.

With a huff of relief that she did not interrupt her voxing for, she replied back to the Pathfinders. "Very good. Remember, play it safe for now." The woman stepped down from the concrete cover and was immediately aware of the Por'ui's reaction to his own injuries. Her temper was already high and her heart on fire with righteous anger at the Gue'la and worry for her mate, she struck out at the Por'Ui, attempting to bring him to reason by hitting him with the back of her hand. "Shut up! Men have died a horrible death and you are merely bleeding! Thank the Greater Good and stop making a target out of yourself! Little Demiurg have more guts than you!" The 3D projection went unnoticed in her rage.

Still, she positioned herself between him and harm, looking up and taking shots at the occasional gue'la head peeking out, the vox message of command had filled her with awe at the power she now possessed, and the great responsibilities that came with it. Something had to be done about those civilians, however.

"Pathfinders!", she voxed to her squad, "Enter the buildings wherever possible and search for gue'la civilians or rebels to save. Leave behind who resists, but all willing are to be considered vesa."

"Fire Warriors!", the Shas'ui then addressed both accompanying squads, or at least their survivors, "Remain in cover, and don't risk unneccessary risks! Wipe out remaining gue'la soldiers and ensure that we can evacuate our gue'vesa friends properly!"

Holstering his pulse carbine Aloh stiffly moved towards the nearest of the tower-like buildings, scrambling up the pile of rumble that had been once been the side of a building. Screaming could be heard coming from all three of the exposed floors and the Pathfinder paused as he tried to figure out which floor to go to first. The face of a frightened child appeared at the edge of the third floor and Aloh carefully removed his helmet.
"Can you jump down gue'la'saal? It's safe now." The child vanished and a few seconds later an adult, a twitchy and nervous man, appeared to glare down at the tau. "Come with me if you want to live."

The pair of humans, a father and his daughter, carefully climbed down and out of the ruined hab-block they had called home while Aloh picked his way through the wreckage of the first floor.

  9. OOC: Sorry I was AFK for so long, had a great family vakay. Anyone still interested in continuing?
    Por'Ui Zimo'yi
Being struck by the newly promoted Pathfinder gave Zimo clarity. With no small amount of indignation. Deciding it best to follow her orders... for now.
'Petok, you dare raise your hand against me. I'll see you stripped of your command, rank, and name... Now's not the time for that. We must continue negotiations as soon as possible. We won't see reinforcements until either cooperation of condemnation can be confirmed.' Zimo'yi thinks methodically.

    After
The last sounds of gunfire stemmed from a loud river to a soft trickle, the Envoy rose up. The fighting had be contained and the attackers neutralized. Activating his controller, he located the escort drone and instructed two idle fire warriors @BadDo9 @DeranVendar to dislodge it for diplomatic purposes. Afterwards he turned on his com to a private channel, the chimed Shas'Ui Se'hen. Not daring to speak with her in person at this particular moment, tempers ran high in the Fire Caste well after a battle. Zimo puts on his best concerned voice and right amount of humbling.
"Acting commander, I must apologize for my earlier behavior. I'm not accustom to such close proximity to combat. I would however prepossess a course of action? Try to capture some of the attacking Gue'la Imperials for interrogation. They may have useful information. As for the auxiliaries and friendly Gue'la, we must see to their injuries immediately... before we treat out own. We must show them what they can expect under the protection of the Tau Empire and the wisdom of the Greater Good. Please do this for me and I can promise the Shas'vre's sacrifice wasn't in vain. Always at your service, Por'ui Zimo'yi." *Click* Zimo finishes. A slight grin on his face.
Moving along to their former transport, Zimo sees a familiar drone controller wristband connected to a severed grey/blue arm. 'That was either Fian'Dee or Aure'Qu... I'm the last one, the only one who can complete this mission.' Zimo thinks as a cold sweat trickles down his hairless neck.

Morelth- As he saw a group of stunned imperials began firing upon them mercilessly then Charging in with his chain blade active and began hacking among them causing blood to be spilled across the Ground of the builds as he finished the imperials off, He wen't to regroup with the others before he got to far from them.

    Erron-
Erron got up from the ground as he saw civilians in trying to get out from amoung the rubble he wen't to help by lifting some of the rubble away with his powers from afar helping them so his acts would go a bit unnoticed. After this he wen't regrouping with a group of fire warriors.
