Actually, hes Sirius Spoiler But now I'm somewhat confused too. On the one hand they said Captain+ is all the same pool and on the other hand there's this one clearly stating Xenos comes before DOI comes before Captains... Well, personally it's not much of interest since I'm just a normal Captain bought a month ago, but the whole thing certainly could use some clear "That's the way it is" from the devs to smoothen the feathers
"This one" is at 25 february. This was a quote, that caused alot of confusion on forums. 2 days later, devs said, that it was a mistake of miscommunication. And that captains and captains+ are all equals.
Well then, didn't dig trough all of the threads at that time, already busy enough reading all the stuff produced right now. But if that's the case... We got some people stating they're in with lots of RTP, and at least two cases where people stated they're in with a basic captains pack... Also a leaked video with some names (that of course nobody viewed before it got deleted by the OP ). But still a definitive statement would go quite a way to calm down the discussions
I totally agree that there is ambiguity in the statement and it's causing confusion. A lot of people interpret that comment about "being in the same pool" as meaning that all Captains+ packs are equal and only arranged by their purchase date. I interpret that sentence differently because you have to take the sentence preceding it into account. The first sentence says that "highest tier" packs will play first, which I interpret as meaning Xenos>DOI>Captains. She then makes the comment about being in the same pool, which I interpret as meaning that all packs are in the same pool regarding which Wave they will be in, but it doesn't supercede the first statement of higher tiered packs playing first. tldr: I interpret the sentence about pools as referring to which Wave they are going to get in, not their order within the wave.
? It seems pretty unambigous to me. Captain DoI or Xenos are all in the same pool. So you are saying you interpret this as: "They are in the same wave, but IN that wave Xenos come beforee DoI come before Captains? But thats 3 different Waves... thats the definition of a wave.... I don't understand how you can interpret it that way But even then you also have to look at the following sentence: "Then Seargen packs (again with date/time)..." The Structuring and everything clearly shows that there are three waves which are in and of itself ordered by date/time. And even theeen: This quote was posted in response (http://forum.eternalcrusade.com/thr...-faster-in-the-alpha.47361/page-6#post-862340) to people that feared that Xenos might be before Captains. At the same time as the other unambigous quotes were posted. There is no doubt what this message meant.
Or it can be interpreted it this way: 3 waves - Captain, Sergeant, warrior. Captain (1st wave) divided in to 3 sub-waves - Xenos, DoI, Captain. (might have been said before, just woke up. ) but that doesnt explain why some basic captains are in and some DoI aren't. So honestly i dont know whats happening; so ill just sit in front of my computer and wait for my key.
I'm very sorry that my jovial joke response to your personal attacks on me offended you, and you considered such a gesture of recognition of your frustration to somehow be a threat. I rescind my joke, and assure you, that what I said in your quote from me is exactly what is happening. If you don't believe what I write, I'm afraid I can't help you with that problem.
And to add to that some good news, we're optimistic to get a big batch of keys sent out today. When and how many I can't say yet. If it was just us controlling the entire chain, I could, but I don't.
