I enjoyed your post, but I can't agree with thinking it's good to kill teammates.

I appreciate any assistance I get, as long as the bolt rounds are going into my targets head and not mine I'm happy.

But how else will i get an assist/kill without exploiting the chance of having an enemy be busied by my ally??

Old Stalker bolter was great for shooting into melee, ever since the accuracy changes (june?) shooting into melee has been less reliable with even standard bolter.

The server lag is the biggest problem with doing this right now. Otherwise it's a good tactic.

I don't mind someone shooting controlled shots and helping me end the fight faster it's the plasma spammers I dislike. I do enjoy the prolonged melee fights here and there but I'd rather them be dead in a couple of seconds rather than a couple of minutes.

It wouldn't be as much of an issue if the meleers stopped teleporting around, sometimes even instantly switching places.
