@Khornatian Me and Geisto were messing with it in the garrison a bit more. It looks like it does do 29 damage but it's really inconsistent. Like it's alternating between 27 and 29. It's the torso shots that I'm talking about btw. 27 arm/leg 29 chest 58 head sometimes 25 arm/leg 27 chest and 55 head sometimes While moving around it seems to fluctuate between the old and new value seems consistent sub 5 meters though.
