Not sure why that's necessary. Changing from melee to ranged to me is a class. You're right though it's not the right term so I corrected it?

This is going to be a long one

Do you have a level 4 in any other factions?

Eldar have less health/armor than Marines, and also their weapons are less accurate. So it balances out. Also, with the CQC barrel the DPS on the bolter goes up to 222, which is only 2 short of an Ork Shoota, AND you have the best accuracy

You mean just like on the TT and in lore? Who would've guessed. Besides, Fire Dragons can't cap, and are the only Eldar class designed to fight vehicles.

Again with the less health and armor thing

    Less health and armor again

Good luck hitting anyone with it. There's a reason not a lot of people use it.

If you've ever used those things you'll realize how shitty they are for their price. They have less range and they gain heat faster, which means you can't do as much damage in one overheat as any comparable weapons

Despite what the description may lead you to believe, it does not in fact inflict burning. Source: I have one

They're not called painboys because they inflict pain on other people, they're called painboys because it's painful to play as them.

It's actually a combination of a frag and krak grenade. Which is to say, in exchange for the ability to stick to things, it has a smaller blast radius and it does less damage to vehicles

    It's not remote controlled

    Plasma cannon

It's not meant to kill people, it's meant to slow people down so your teammates can kill them. Don't forget this is a team based game

I have never killed or seen anyone kill anything with the Eldar vehicle mounted TLSC, so being able to shoot as the pilot is a moot point

You excel at having no weaknesses

    Completely agree, brother (Eldars/Aeldaris)

You can sort of "guide" the shot if you are aiming and not prepping another shot, or at least you could before the current patch. I'll have to see if its still possible

I've killed two people with it. Total.

You have never played as Orks have you.....

    Primary light weapons
Ork shooter is good at close to medium range because they don't have stormbolter, gravguns, or meltaguns. The rocket launcher is not a very good AI weapon since its most recent nerf.

    Secondary Weapons
Ork pistols selection is only good because of the dakka slugger, the other are the same or worse than other factions. The pocket rokkit does little no damage to vehicles, about the same as a poweraxe. Most players die from the raw damage of the sicky slugger than the poison itself.

Healing dok bomb does not poison. There is a poison grenade that can replace the dok bomb, which also poisons friendlies.

    Throwing weapons
Nothing that plasma cannons can't do.

    Conclusions TLDR
    2) Orks take increased damage when hit in the back and have massive heads.

There are so many wrong assumptions and incomplete information in OP that I was going to properly reply but have now lost the will to do so.

LSM is the strongest faction at the moment because it is the most complete. It also features the highest possible damage output largely due to servo skulls (30% + 6% squad lead banner damage buff =36% damage buff on top of standard Marine weaponry. Passively) Orks and Eldar are unfinished and still await additional weaponry.
Recoil is actually a desirable stat to have wherever it appears as it can be controlled to your advantage (aim for torso get a headshot) by moving your mouse down as you shoot. 'Spread' is your enemy as it is totally RNG based and cannot be accounted for. Eldar weaponry actually has greater spread problems esp on the Reaper Shriken cannon - The Heavy Bolter is much more accurate in comparison.
All 'flying units' can get to the same places if they use 'shift' to grapple on to walls or terrain and have more than one fuel cell. Grav weaponry is a dangerous killer to any melee class (esp paper thin Eldar) used solo as well as vehicles when used in a team.

It seems 'Abbyssalgambler' has led you astray and if you are having trouble playing LSM solo then join a team/guild and you will learn how to wreck face AND have fun in no time and will no doubt no longer waste time on silly uninformed posts like this.

    Just to be clear.

Eldar have Jinx, 50%, ranged standard, 7%, and enhance, 20%. Catapults also have higher dps than bolters.

Chaos have Warp Instability, 50%, and ranged standard, 7%.

Orks have nothing besides the 7% ranged standard. Those poor sods. At least they have great guns.

I believe these all stack multiplicatively, not additively. Same for LSM.

I made no comment on current balance. Don't read anything into this.

EDIT: Changed Enhance to 20%, as corrected by Orkan
  10. Orkan Orkan Arkhona Vanguard

Enhance is 20% and its active meaning a player must apply it at the cost of warp charge. It also does not apply to reaper launchers or tempest launchers but only to shuriken weaponry.
Jinx is good but cannot be used with enhance on the same build. To do that would require a third person and at that point being triple teamed by anyone will always result in the victim having a bad day.

If these stack multiplicatively then my bad for the error.

In any case 3 players with Bolters hitting anyone for 30% extra damage in range of a servo skull is better than one shuriken cannon being buffed by two different types of warlocks.
