Are you clicking on your name at the very top of this page? The one that opens your account info....not just your forum persona. Above the "Store" link at the tip top right corner.

As stated by others.... Drag ad drop the pic you want int the green box on your account profile page. Wait several minutes. It will just keep flashing like it's loading. When I entered my pic the flashing never stopped nor did I receive any que that the pic was successfully uploaded. I just kept waiting then hitting save. I had to repeat the process about 3 times and at sometime the pic apparently uploaded.

It's pretty unsat tbh. Forum manager should get this fixed.
