From what i understood from him, you will be able to get all the basic stuff, with anything unique you are still at the mercies of RNG.

Any weapon in a Preset should be removed from boxes though.

They aren't loot boxes. They are trash cans.

Lots of the same crap, but sometimes when you're really lucky you can find something good.

Really disliking the weapon unlocks.

Would've figured it'd be all weapons unlocked to begin with or at least very cheap unlock prices and you'd unlock all the trinkets and mods and all that crap instead of the weapons.

I miss my stalker bolter, really.

Update 24 is on UAT now (presumably the final build... not good). None of the changes Noah mentioned have been put in place. In fact, people report that the boxes give NOTHING now.

And on a related note, AP gain has been drastically reduced, and AP prices for later ranks have been drastically increased... (200 AP for the second armor unlock)
