The Damned Legionnaire has the skeleton of a baby tied to his boot. Not sure if that counts as grim dark or hilarious.
Flaming ammo deals 10 damage per tick regardless how much you shoot at your target. That's very low for dot inflicting weapon and is more of a theme thing then actual strong perk. And you give up capping ability for that few extra dps. It might maybe do some difference with pot shots, but is more or less useless in actual shoot-out.

It exists. I've gotten my 10 wins on LSM since I bought the game (humble bundle sale) I have maybe half the price of a LotD so you'd be looking at 6 months of faction RTC to save up for it.
