Correct corrupt brother! They are Mastercraft with mods already in. And you can't modify them because they are unique weapons not generic with custom option.
oioi @MichaelChan announced that there will be changes to the RTC weapon system TLDR we will have more freedom in moding this so lets see what the next steam will bring on 06.january
I think it would be a huge QOL improvement to show which mods are already built in the weapon. In addition this would probably make RTC more interesting and this could turn in increased sales for the devs. They should definitely look into this. After all how long could it take to show those mods?
They probably will (I hope), once the actual mods to make the equivilent of standard weapons become available. I'd hazard a sceptical guess that the reason those mods are not in yet are due to them trying to increase as much sales of RTC weapons as possible. I think they will drop around the time elites become available as that will open up other avenues of revenue for them.
I think they could sell more RTC weapons if they just made everyone ckear it's not just a skin but it also has some mods built in to justify the extra lp cost.

Obviously if "first shot recoil reduced" is attached I can't actually know, but given the %50 movement modifier reduction is shown they seem fairly transparent.
