The most "unique" i've got so far is the Iron Bane, but the one i liked the most was the Lifesteal mod for the Powersword, it makes you a fuckin beast in melee blobs.
Got the "Burning Light Cannon" from a relic box. It's a lascannon that has a much faster lock on time than the standard cannon but cannot damage vehicles and doesn't one shot infantry. Instead it lights them on fire which will kill them in about 2 seconds after the shot. Good for picking off heavy weapons but still not quite fast enough to tag moving targets reliably. The other downside is that they can still survive if they heal immediately after getting shot. Lock on should be removed from lascannons or at the very least given a significant reduction on how quickly it losses lock. Until that happens, this weapon will be even more situational than it's standard counter part. It is fun for shits as giggles as you can surprise people who think you're using the standard version (it looks no different).
Okay yeah i just got 3 Chainaxes in a row from opening the 5k boxes, think its best to just not play with these till they fix them, and just save your Requisition.
There's nothing broken about them. There are several variations of each weapon that have different colors/slightly different models. Plus mastercrafted versions. There are no duplicates. Some of the variations aren't different yet (like the alternate Fang of Morkai) but they will probably be changed to look different.
I only have 1 Chainaxe in my inventory when i try and equip a weapon on a TA through the inventory and the game rolled 3 of them for me, so no its bugged.
I've only bought 5k boxes and I've obtained a Mastercrafted Boltgun and Mastercrafted Chainsword. The latter of which appears to be a black skinned version of the original with no discernible stat bumps but 20 LP more to equip
Sorry to Necro this but I was wondering whether anyone was bothering to buy the 30k boxes or if the 12k ones were generally accepted as the best value? Is there any benefit at all to the 30k ones that we know of (in relation to unique items etc.)?
