There's nothing horrible about those stats, they're actually pretty awesome considering he also has the mark of Slaanesh and 4 stamina. The only real problem is that the powerfist never really was a good anti infantry weapon but I wager when they'll make the sprint attack and roll attacks easier to use it will be a pretty decent loadout.
First of all chill. You sound like the Britney defender girl. Second, I laugh at Abaddon because he is a shitty villain. He hasn't done much in the plot until now. In a galaxy full of nasties like Tyranids or Ork WAAAGHs, Abaddon does not come across as a threatening villain. The Daemon Primarchs would make much better villains in my opinion. But they are in the warp being Emo most of the time. The Chaos Marines as a faction are seemingly broken. With most encounters with them being with small warbands led by a lord. They aren't a unified force anymore. But the Black Crusades are meant to be that "oh shit" moments for the Imperium. Yet they only result in Chaos getting something and then running away again.

Looks like chaos being angsty and bitter, same old, same old. Some people do need to come to grips that it's canon that Failbaddon is an objectively bad commander, he's a fearsome warrior and not much else. He even gets called out for being a moron to his face.
