If everything goes accoring to plan then you can't really win against Tzeentch. Even loses are predicted, expected and part of global strategy. Everything and everyone are expendable. There is a reason why Tzeentch ordered Magnus to let Ahriman go. Even after all he did.

I voted for Emperor's Children, because (from a gamer's / artist's point of view) they would provide a interesting visual element (even when they were loyalists, the EC had really elaborate and artistic armor, and after they turned to Slaanesh it was only reinforced), and not to mention that adding a Noise Marine class would make for an interesting gameplay option, by introducing the Sonic Weapons. That would be something new and quite unique.
