    ill be honest, i voted positive out of my mind because im like "yeah, i got a kannon and plasma deffgun, i can take some kills, seems alright" now that ive thought about it and read some of these comments i regret my choise

    what bothers me the most about orks is their potential aternative classes that are not in game already, the obivous kommandos and flashgitz are an example, because the snazzgun is too complex to just add to the shoota boy (not just that but their overall visual and gameplay would be diferent too) and the kommando seems is a class every ork fan wants to play cuz theyre so damn cool being all sneaky like

    one could argue that the flashgitz could take the spot of the loota, but thing is even if they get to be super similar (or not similar at all, the only similarity i can think of is the heavy dakka they got) eldar got that too and it still works, think of it as an alternative choice perhaps? they do got diferent things, but overall feel the same(an example is how similar banshee and scorpion are in eldar, so and so there is threads about wich one to pick)

    cosmetics feels like an issue too, no offense to the boys out there or anything but i havent seen an ork in the field yet (besides the pirate visual orks) that feels like theyre out of 1 month of life, you get your metal plates, spikes.... metal plates.... uhhh...metal jaw! and then...yeah.... what im trying to say here is that even our nobz are a good example of that, they dont feel like that ork that got years of carnage on his back, you dont visually see the experience theoretically nobz got in their apearance, they still look like a normal ork with some experience, not saying they look disgusting and are horrible models or anything like that, but im positive bE can do better than that

    i think the main issue is that theyre trying to please the biggest population 1st to guarantee a steady stream of income, so when theyre chill about that they will focus the other factions more

    Negative, easily. They can't even make the Looted 'Umie Bolter people paid for. I know they have some sort of stupid fucking clause that makes it "legal" as long as they get it done within a certain timeframe after the game's release, but even then shit is unethical with how long they're stretching out something people paid for years ago.

    Almost every patch we've had, we've had nothing for the most part, save a couple of cosmetics instead of actual things. Pirate Hats are a good example. We got those in the same patch that nerfed us directly i believe? We get weapons made less effective when they were already of questionable effectiveness to start with. Ala, Skip Launcher. Eight people using them couldn't get 20 kills between them, why did the AoE need nerfing?! "Because it was confusing to be killed by." Well. By that logic why didn't the Sunrifle get the same treatment since i don't particularly want to find out if i have epilepsy during a game.

    As someone said, I'm too fired up to check the page back, we fight like Tau, not Orks. We also have no Powersword equivalent, and since the current meta is speed, and we're basically limited to sword tier weapons and Klaw, that already puts us at a disadvantage. Is it hard to make? Slapping 20 pen on a choppa and giving it the sparky effect? (Speaking from having no clue if it is or not.) I used to be primerilly a Melee boy, but you don't have a choice of weapon anymore, you have the illusion of choice.

    Fix our animations, for the love of Mork. That'd at least alleviate some of the problems with our melee. We had two days awhile back when i feel we had really, really good melee. and since then- It's been nothing but a series of patches that have done something to make it worse, and it's not being addressed. Instead of keeping quiet about it, maybe what we need to do is take a page out of the books of those Noise Marines, and actually make noise!

    The last things. WHY did LSM need the skull?! They already have the highest per shot damage basic ranged weapon that is so damn accurate compared to the shoota. Why did they -need- something that gives them +30% damage? The Vengance, or in fact ANY Stormbolter is utterly disgusting with that buff, as well as the stock bolter when most other damage increase things are like 5% from the banners. THEN, Apoths get a Narth that deals CHAINSWORD damage! Which they can pair with a bolter. Where is the balance there? Sure, it doesn't poison and the impact is 'slightly' lower, but they can now melee almostas good if they'd taken the Chansword, but they get a Bolter and pistol too! Sure, people can say the normal Narth's better because poison but- is it really? REALLY? There's nothing wrong with full melee damage on weapon paired with a proper ranged weapon? Why not just let Ground Assault SM's take a bolter and a fist? I don't see anything OP about that.

    Drops Mic, and goes back to Andromeda trial for now.

    I honestly don't get the "green Tau" analogy people seem to throw around.

    I don't see any Orks in game shying away from melee or whining about getting killed in melee.

    That's marines. Dumb bastards whined so hard about getting killed they nerfed melee into the ground which hilariously nerfed their own ground assault the hardest. Easily the most worthless class in the game now playing a loyalist GA.

    Anyway, I voted nuetral because it's minor things that bug me about Orks.

    Clunky animations that need smoothing out, Painboy being a completely worse Apothecary clone, and our parrying blow still being half the distance of marines!

    Still enjoy playing them though and win plenty of games so they're fun, effective, and feel Orky.

    Because we're orks! I assume 'shying away' means running away! It's rare that i go in to melee, If so it's usually because one of what ever I'm fighting managed to get up close. But we're currently far better at shooting than we are melee, hence Tau. It's not that we're bad, we're just- kind of bad.

    The point of melee currently for Orks is to tie someone up long enough for someone else to shoot them. Something I've started doing somewhat ruthlessly now.

    Just don't shoot the Rodeo from the high tower above A on Blackbolt when Thrakka's fighting someone below with a minuscule amount of health. I got put on the naughty step, because i was shootin' Ork Seekers!

    That might be true in most games but you would have to be really delusional if you look at the 4 factions in this game and honestly say LSM is the least developed.

    Completely agree.

    Like I said it's between us and Eldar.

    The one thing we do have going for us is lots of cosmetics and those cosmetics can go on any sub faction so there is that.

    Gameplay wise we are undoubtedly least developed.

    It's true we have the most cosmetics in number but quality wise... Well the quality isn't exactly good. It's nice that the things are not linked to 1 subfaction but they really don't look very good in most cases. Like we have a shit load of pants but really the only thing that changes are things that are used between all of them it's really only a few parts reused over and over.

    I would much rather start seeing cosmetics that are like to sub factions that have some really nice looks to them kinda like how chaos has... My alpha legion guy looks amazing all of his cosmetics make a very large visual impact and because of that it just triggers me about my ork even more.

    When the looted 'umie armor hits live I bet a lot of the boyz are going to be kinda disappointed since it's literally just the tiny chest piece that was shown zoomed in on stream glued to the 'eavy armor model.. You literally can't see any changes at all to the chest in game because the way we hold our guns and stuff. Just adding in some other metal bits of space marine armor like on the front of the leg and a plate similar to the front put on the back would have been welcome... Putting chains holding them together instead of gluing them to the 'eavy armor would have looked much better and honestly I wouldn't have had a single thing to complain about with it.


    As it stands now it's just very very underwhelming.

    Ye forgot about the 30% resistance to all incoming damage sources provided freely by their wonderful super buff apothecaries.
