They have variety of spells. All of their support spells is useful, but you don't want use it.
Destructor is bad, yes. Force just really useless for Eldar, because of spell slots (csm always have offensive spells).
Their "weaponry" carried by other classes.

This thread is about the DA, please stick to that class and stay on topic.

The issues with the DA are very simple:
    • It's magsize is annoying - you are in a constant reload cycle. This is a QoL issue.
    • The Impulse Accelerator Mod is not worth its price and there are no alternatives a CQC or heavy barrel mod are missing.
    • The Shuriken Catapult lacks mods in general, while the base weapon might be nearly equal to a normal bolter the gap gets bigger once you invest in the bolter.
    • The Avengers HP/Armor could be -slightly- buffed to soak up 1 additional hit would not break the game, even with all buffs applied. We are talking about 35 HP or Armor here.

Eldar as a faction have - against competent enemies- with both sides using all their tools, an issue to breach and flush, there are 100s of ways to approach this by adding mods, buffing stats. But in the end it is down to what the developers envision and how they want to handle it. This has very little to do with the DA tho.

There's a reason it haven't been done as much: It doesn't work. It's difficult to manage and it's actually counterproductive. Any additional Warlocks takes another team member slot.

LSM don't need to have 4-5 Apoths during a push, instead they can bring out more Devastators, etc. In fact Ork often ignores Painboys and instead simply bring more dakka, and it works. Those will end up contributing a lot more than whatever amount of buffs can do to a few DAs since the Warlocks themselves can't shoot or otherwise do anything meaningful (a lot more DPS potential > Jinx, and number of targets to kill > Protect). Meanwhile Eldar can't do that since they're inherently weaker without the buffs, but you know, "Just use buffs! Bring more warlocks!".

Just give them a DPS high enough to make their TTK equal to the TTK a shoota Ork needs when facing Space Marines and Chaos.

Oh and add a mod that makes it comparable to the Plasma gun (full automatic 120 pen similar DPS).. or at least give it poison damage. The ...i think impulse inverter mod is a joke. The DPS in CQC even decreases thanks to the reduction in RPM.

Sending Eldar with 100 pen weapons against factions that can easily reach 130-150 toughness is a joke.

  5. ASC should have a base pen of 110 to reflect a bit of the lethality and a +10 pen mod as all faction.
Tower ammo loader for +50% and + 100% ammo capacity and same reload time as others factions.
TLASC should also be 110 pen with +10 pen mods and twice the basic ammo capacity of the ASC and twice as many ammo with no other mods.
If it is what you like why not give them access to one Melta bomb for 200LP.
For EHP nothing is needed to keep glass in mind for the glass canon.

Eh, the Impulse Inverter mod basically gives you a bit more magazine size and spread reduction.
    Personally, I like it.

    Just to say :

    Tac: 200/100 Apoth 200/75 = +25 armor
    Traitor: 200/100 Sorc 200/75 = +25 armor
    Shoota: 225/100 Pain 225/50 = +50armor
    DA:150/75 Walrlock 150/75 = FUCK YOU

Yeah the backbone of our ost has the same ehp as the healer , and for some fucking reason all healer beside warlock have same base ehp ... where's the ehp bonus of orks??

Embrace the love that is the double barreled shuriken catapult. Like the Storm Bolter and the Shootas, its a love of spray and dodge. Which really suits eldar close quarters firefights.

TLSC just destroy decent builds, armour is mandatory and we can only take gold armour, we lose like 750 lp with those two things alone, we also need ammo packs, health wargear, knife upgrades and weapon mods and a mandatory grenade

Further more it's spread is ridiculous which makes headshots hard to land, honestly it would be a downgrade of a weapon if it didn't have a slightly bigger magazine and that's the only real advantage it has, for only 200lp extra for not even 2x mag size no less

  10. Yeah coolstory
A multiple time i shot nurgle dude with healer behind. And dealt not enough damage to cut through toughness/healbeam. Mostly body/couple of headshots when strafed. I had also a warlock with enhance heal behind. Stood no chance against bolter raw hits.
