I would, but ork ques take forever. Because no one plays them. I try, wait 5 to 10 min and give up and go back to some other faction.
KannonGeddon = Plenty of Orks NerfKannon = Not so much Orks. Solution = Bring back KannonGeddon? And for just 1 match a day you can save an Ork sporeling!
how about give the orks some weapons that arent zany peices of shit only usefull for comic releif? that'd be great. i mean, we have a lascannon that shoots through multiple targets but does not kill them, a rokket launcher that fires so slow if you sprint with WAAAGH on you can literally outpace it AND SHOOT YOURSELF WITH IT, a rokket that fires three roman candles that BOUNCE OFF the enemy and explode with the damage of a pistol round, a power axe that has 20 durability, a torpedo axe that suppoedly did extra splash damage (this feature was removed) so now its just an extra expensive axe. give us something TANGIBLY AND IMMEDIATELY USEFULL and we will use it, none of this "niche weapon" bullshit the devs try to drive down our throat for their amusement.
I haven't played Ork for a while now, I cant put my finger on it but Ork just feel kinda meh right now, CSM and LSM feel stronger and Eldar just cheese their way through everything so their on a level all their own.
the only thing that really bothers me about the orks is their turning circle ... it's like they are literally Ork trucks on feet sometimes. and the way they have all sorts of pauses in their animations making them stand still or hang in the air when vaulting over ledges .. this all slows you down so much that you just kinda stand there getting shot for nothing. I thought orks where strong muscular plant based beings that despite their bulk where still amazingly agile. this doesn't really translate well in the game with this wonky animation stuff. A Lot of their weapons being useless is not exclusive to the Orc faction tho. This is something that plagues every faction. also the waaagh mechanic's i understand the intend , like you instantly die so you can get into the next respawn wave .. its supposed to make orks feel like they just have endless numbers pouring in from the enemy's perspective . however it simply doesn't play out like this in a regular pug game where people don't stick together and attack in waves. I've only actually seen this being done by clanstacks .. which were rather effective... like being rushed by a horde of shield boys isn't funny.
Yeahhhh, totally buddy. Because orks are in such a great spot, they have both the lowest winrate and the lowest population. Because they are in a fine spot. Because their current situation is acceptable and we are simply whiny for not liking it. Just our own fault and we only have ourselves to blame for it. Since we are so bad at playing the game, we should clearly leave and let the oh-so-weak other factions duke it out amongst eachother. That would be the best solution and clearly everyone would be happy with it. /s Simply telling us a variety of "man up" is as bad an advice as telling us outright to leave. We have plenty of viable complaints about our faction that we can list in so many ways and that we have been pleading to the devs to fix for nine months. Discarding all our complaints as our own fault is nothing but outright cluelessness at best, downright conceit at worst, and it is these two things that brought the entire game to the situation it is today, which is several miles up the shitcreek with no paddle in sight.
Hmm, Orks get past over again and again for quality of life fixes like their wonky camera angles and ice staking cars. They don't get the same attention to their support class that LSM's has gotten and with the poor state of melee and no power sword equivalent along with sub-par AV options. Amazing that a lot of people have stop playing Orks.
ye they could atleast give orks a chain choppa with 20 pen in a 30k box or what ever. close enough to a power sword i'd say. i can understand orks not having a power sword because wel .. orks.. but you can make an orky thing act like its a power sword like with a chain choppa .. call it powah chain choppa or better yet Bug teef chain choppa and pretend it has nid fangs for teeth explaining its extra pen. and tadaa!! Also ork maces look stupid... an ork would not just use a stick c'mon. put a big metal bit at the end plz
