I would love to see the Tau in game as a playable race. They are much better than the unimiginative Dark Eldar and the OP Necrons (which really have no bearing on the 40k universe anyway, but thrown in just to have an army of mechanical robots for the Terminator fans).
Also Eldar are overpowered arrogant snobs who only seek for revenge. They are my second enemy. Tau and Chaos are better, but Tau are not playable yet so I really want them in the game.
Have to disagree brother anyone who wants to be friends is my enemy first rule of the Imperium But yeah add them as an assault marine I love them little squishy buggers
Didn't the devs say they would add Tau along with the other races later on down the timeline? sometime after release?
hahaha this just made me laugh, The necrons are mortal enemies of the Eldar and have a HUGE impact on the lore. They are not some army that was thrown into the mix to have a bunch of terminator fans be happy. Necrons were a secret kept by the eldar until they were awoken which the eldar tried to stop. GW doesn't just add armys into their universe without actually adding them into the lore with valid reason. If you noticed there has not been a real true new race added to their line up since the Tau only new looks for old army's. Just like the tau have a place in the lore that puts them as a big player just as much as the Space marines or chaos etc...
Meh, Tau are the current flavor of the TT right now so I see enough of them. Let us wait till the game is out before we clamor for entire new factions to be added.
You have to understand that 4-sided conflict is already hard to balance. That's why the game have to be launched and polished before such additions will be ready to be implemented. So, don't expect Tau on launch. On later updates, probably, strategical view will be similar to DoW: Soulstorm, but the release will looks like vanilla DoW. P.S. I vote for "Yes", 'coz Tau are my favorite
