Been gone a good while got some time to play and enjoy EC. Been basically getting each race to rank 4, to play around with and see what I like. Haven't played as orks yet. hopefully in the next day or two I can get orkey. My question is this, do ork games exist? Why have I not had them as opponents against any of the other 3 factions? ~SmileyCyrus
All ork players already leaved the game , as well as a lot of eldar player , people are just pissed off because of clunky mechanics/ no love for xenos/lsm master race
Yeah, when I'm playing there's usually only enough Orks for a single game at a time, and often not a full one so any late joiners go into that match too.. Playing as LSM you're fairly likely to miss it, and as any other faction you're more likely to get matched against LSM.
Well most balance discussion aside on what is OP or UP, because that is up for debate in alot of cases, alot of rather widely accepted problems are... 1.) For all factions, lack of content 2.) The Painboy, while I believe is effective, is rather lacking in flair and some utility 3.) Animation issues (Eldar too) 4.) Matchmaker issues on all fronts 5.) Downward spiral of already low population numbers leading to low faction base, which leads to less people playing the faction, which leads to lower population numbers, etc etc 6.) Biggest Ork guild left, then came back-ish, but isn't really back per se. Basically the main Ork guild that really owned the whole faction mostly moved on and only plays for kicks than as one of their flagship games anymore. 7.) Shitty Vet, in stats and design (Eldar too) 8.) Lackluster/lack of cosmetics (Eldar too) 9.) Playerbase is just disappointed, same as all factions, at the state of the game 10.) Not all, but a reasonable portion of players feel rather jaded for not getting what they want, or at another faction (mainly LSM) and as such have stopped playing. This last point is a rather broad category that covers both the more reasonable players, and those that perhaps are having a tantrum more than anything.
As an ork main player. Its pretty much what Baron said. I still feel very disappointed at how underperforming my vet loota is. Which is just a part of the large amount of problems ork players are having. But yeah for the most part its the matchmaker. Plain and simple.
Eldar would be in the same spot if not for the guilds IMO. Even if the main Ork guild didn't fully leave, it was a massive morale hit.
