PC just useless now. I already deleted loadout with it. I hope this is another devs experiment for metric and stats.

I switched to a multimelta from plasma cannon, just not worth the hassel even if it's a suicidal weapon switch.

Funny cos in the latest metrics we have seen pc was so far from being even close to op, so what is really going on? Are their metrics wrong or do they have secret metrics just for the devs and regular ones for morons?

Even if this was because of a bug, remarks like this, the fact you and some others think it was a "hidden nerf" and people saying they're deleting their PC loadouts...

Yeah, it's pretty much whining at this point.

Lol, we simply don't know if it was a nerf or bug or not cos we didn't get any answer, that's it, which part don't you understand?

Ppl are deleting pc from load outs cos it's useless, if you want to succeed you need to use reliable weapons - as simple as that, hell maybe it's time to switch to shield bro?

Seems better what experiment is in reaching zero PC users :D

So, I just reread the caption on the graph again on Figure 2: Frequency of Weapons Used to Fight. Honestly, I missed this one. I was reading it as kills by weapon, since Stats Guy in the line above it says that melee accounts for 34% of the kills. Figure 2 just just shows how OFTEN people use the weapon. It's % used to fight, not the kills the weapon gets. As such, it says nothing about OP or not, since in theory a few people could use the weapon, but the OP-ness (hehe, I just said that out loud and chuckled) means it could account for more kills than intended. Let's be honest, it takes a certain person to use the PC, and it requires a certain playstyle. As such, even if it was OP, it might not show in the frequency of use chart because people might not have wanted to play that way.

@Bladerunner777 is there another chart you are referring to, or is it still the same stats from here: http://us8.campaign-archive1.com/?u=813aa425c2f4e16c135aee442&id=9adc86c0a5&e=380c1587b4? I think we would need to see kills per weapon to get a fairer estimate of things. The chart also makes more sense now, I was wondering why bolters were so much higher than the next closest weapon.
  9. Blade and I have talked about in the past. I personally am very surprised the plasma damage and blast radius was "nerfed". I've been very verbal about my desire for the gun to "change" but never once have I felt it needed to do less damage. It fits a very important role as an amazingly high damage artillery weapon and thats what it should be. I feel it's damage should be brought back to where it was, as well as it's blast radius, but it's single fire mode should be removed, making you very vulnerable (prior to pistol weapons being available to devastators) to melee attackers.

This one should go to the devs, not me :) .
Yep. Now I'm getting into the heavy bolter, so far i get negative K\Ds but it can be fun anyway, ya know :D .
