< @MetalDog4 > Ulit, former captain of the The Sapphire, a pirate craft, staggered back, clutching his arm from Alea's final sword strike. The first blow to land, and thus the winning blow. "Damn..." The human, who was in his 50's with greying hair, shook his head. "But. A deal's a deal. She's yours now... but my crew is staying with me. You're on your own there." With that, he huffed and walked away, taking the majority of the people around with him. The only man that stayed was metallic-scaled looking, with compound eyes and sharp claw-fingers. The Lacrymole named Lex walked to his friend, and laughed. "Well, we've done it! We've gotten a ship!" His voice was light and friendly, and he turned to look at the Starcraft they had just won. It was about 150 meters long, and 50 meters wide. It looked a bit decrepit, but the former captain had assured Alea that she needn't worry, it was capable of warp travel and had firepower enough to allow it to fight what it can, with engine power to flee what it can't. He hadn't gone more specific, But there was time to figure that out later. "Like he said, though. We need a crew." Lex nods. "I don't know about you, but I say we should wander, see who we find." < @Vulpas @DeranVendar @kanila @Valonox @Uriel1339 @Grall_Stonefist @Maleth > [Make your introduction post! <Captain Alea Vatton> She shook her head and her flaming hair cascaded about her shoulders, released from the psychic hold she had placed on it before the duel. Her eyes glinted in the dim light of the massive space station as she began surveying her surroundings. "Well that was rather rude, he could have at least shaken my hand afterwards, or bowed. Damn Mon'keigh. Yes Mr. Lex, let's try that bar over there." She gestured to a rather dingy looking bar across from her new ship.
<Adél Sátáni> @DeranVendar The tall, human figure ignited the lho-stick held between her lips. She had taken the first deep breath of it even before she put her military-grade lighter away, contributing to the thick cloud of smoke hanging in the bar like a veil. She stood by a round, sturdy metal table within this fine establishment that had all the charm of an Astra Militarum bunker. It was an acceptable bar to kill your brain, no matter what species you belonged to, and to sit and just wallow in sorrow quietly, but right now, the reason this woman was here was making quite a ruckus. And cash. A number of men had already slumped to the ground opposite from where her associate was sitting. He was a large xeno, an Ork, and not exactly the garden variety boy. But it seemed that he was blessed with brains and whatever Emperor-Be-Damned kind of liver substitute he had. Of course, Adel had seen an opportunity to take advantage of this new, fast friend. "Come on, men! Who of you dares to take on the great Headbolt, champion drinker? He's floored a score of you lot, and he still sits straight and drinks you milk-suckers under the table!", she taunted the people, for a while now. This Ork was a very good drinker, she'd found out, and good drinkers could make money in places like these. "Forty Thrones, or five teeth is all I ask for the pot! Who can see if he wins against the Orkish Obliterator! Winner takes it all!" Her command voice was loud enough to sound through the din, and men were scrambling to challenge the green glacier.
<'Eadbolt> "Come on git yooz 'ead bolted down ta da ground wiff some drink ya spore suckin' grotz! 'ANDY ANUVA ROUND!" Servo-harness carted around a semi-sentient pole tipped with what amounted to a looted baby carrier currently occupied by a brow beaten grot missing both ears and holding a large dog hide flask containing an oily substance that smelled, and probably just was, promethium. To his left a burna unit with extinguished pilot light swiveled back and forth making sure attendants were swift in prioritizing that he and any challengers get their drinks first. To his right a rokkit-launcha was leveled at the seat across from him in case anyone tried anything funny. Straight above was a three pronged servo-claw that looked more like a lifta-droppa than any sort of repair tool. Blood already dripped from its tips, courtesy of someone who got a bit too sour over losing. Capping off this deadly ensemble was a pair of steel arms so thick they might as well of been tree trunks that had been submitted to bio-transference along with the Necrontyr. "Eheheheehe, diz iz a good noight. "
Using the loud distraction that was the drinking contest, a squat ratling snuck out from behind a crate still stuff food into a satchel that was slung across his side. "Heh they won't notice this stuff is missing." He waddled over to a seat in a darker part to look over his looted food.
Ashton- Ashton sat alone in a seat at the bar a staff at her side and a small pendant around her neck, she drank alone her head somewhat down on the table, as her staff moved about in her hand in small motions going side to side almost as if it was swirling in motions of around the room. she could see two of last pirates that had been after her a while come in, She just touched her pendant as she spotted them and stopped her staff for a moment and then began its motions around her again and released her hand from her pendant, If Dom finally got them here she would be home free. She brought her head up to take a drink and eat some of the Grox meat she had got. She had gave her signal now it was up to him. As they came to her table she noticed already one of them was getting ready his las pistol near his belt she just smiled as the big figure slowly crept up on them and silenced them, She raised a bag of thrones heading over to the better, "40 Thrones on the ork!" she said as she put in her wager with the ork. Domino- Domino was up above on the secound floor of the bar as a image came to his mind he was watching from above in a dark corner watching the game that was about to begin with the ork who was readying for his next challenger, As he got the mental images of the targets in his mind he nodded and then sank back into the darkness heading for the stair waves he made sure his best to silent his steps, his heavy bolter was mag locked to his back as he made it to the stair well, As he exited the door and wen't through the crowd he could see the ork was proving for a good distraction along with the ones betting on him, it had taken one of the pirates attention as he looked to try to box Ashton in, He slowly crept up on them as they began seating, With his claws out it looked to be he was just going to shove to fellow in the back of the neck, This was untrue as his claws sank into the pirates necks silencing them, "I will take these two outside mam," He said to ash ash he began exiting the bar with his now silenced pray,
<Vaughn/Major> "I told you snottlings to leave me alone next time I will get the guards on your ass." Vaughn walked across the ship hearing the commotion about someone winning a ship he walked over. Vaughn stood looked stupid for someone to hire him as crew and over heard and walked over to the man called 'lex' "over heard you need a crew I could be good at security and or boarding." A Kasrkin in beat up carapace walked up with his goggles up and his respirator to the side hanging @MetalDog4
~~ Bar ~~ Naturally a bar-band was playing, or better said about to play as they just had finished their two minute break. Quite a mixed bunch. A human mutant with three arms who banged the drums. A female Eldar lead singer, a mysterious figure completely in hoodie playing on the 4-string electric bass. And a slim and very tall Air Caste Tau playing on an e-guitar. And the guitar opened to the song... View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JYoQyMXsNU
<Adél Sátáni> The greatcoated woman looked at the bet presented to her by the scarred brunette (@Vulpas ). "I'm not sure you get how this works, li'l one. You pay for a shot against the champ. That he wins, that's the sure bet." She shrugged her off and pushed the coin back, shaking her head at the grating music in the background. Adel personally preferred the solemn hymns of Otthon or the church, but this horribly dissonance was apparently enjoyed by the masses.
