This was my dog; he was a Blue Hellation (half Dalmatian and half blue heeler- not a real named breed). It is a very pretty mix. My friend got stationed in Japan when I was on shore duty in the military so he gave him to me when he was around 1 year old. He was very good natured and real nice but high energy...

I taught him a lot of tricks including how to sneeze on command which was pretty unique. He would try to mimic things I did.

He never gave up and was climbing stairs till about a month or so ago. I guess he wanted to see me turn 40 before giving up. He had gotten a little cranky past couple of years but when he couldn't walk anymore went back to his old sweet ways. He was lucid long enough on his last day long enough to give me a last tail wag. He went very peacefully in no pain. I guess thats all you can ask.

Very sorry to hear such a wonderful soul is gone. You were both very lucky to have found each other. He will rest easy.
