The eldar seer council works with the Autarch in determining the Eldar war efforts based on future events in fluff. Other then that any seer class past the rank of warlock would have access to precognitive skills according to the lore. How do you think that such skills will be included and do you think they will since they play a large role in the motive of an Eldar attack.

I neither see them happening (or the way to even implement them), nor the need for them. All of Seer Council's "precognitive skills" would be put in players' hands and let us hope that our War Council is wise enough.

Someone has mentioned in other thread that YouTube (porn)stars may get most of the votes to be in War Council, which is unlikely for me. Let us discuss that!

I think we should make ranks that detect the wisdom of the player for roles like the seer council. Implement this now! ;p

I will vote for the people with correct knowledge to provide us with the best chance of victory.

Not everyone will though. Democracy is an imperfect system. Hugely flawed.

People will do as they will, that was just me voicing what I intend to do.

I don't believe, it would be possible to simulate some sort of precognition system for the Seer Council. The only thing I could see happening, would be an ability which would allow to see different areas of the game-world to try and spot troop movement and determine where the enemy is most likely to strike.
As for the discussion on who would be on the council: I agree that it should be the most qualified individuals who are elected, but I also realize the problem with Youtube personalities and their legions of fans to pull votes from. There's not really a proper way to get around that problem without having the developers intervene in the elections which would negate the purpose of the election in the first place.
I want a good and proper leader as much as the next guy, and the only thing I can hope for, is for the community to come together properly to make that decision.
