    Maybe a good medium-long range "reviving" weapon, could be a "High Voltage cannon", that defibrillate a grounded ork, and make him "wake up" with a electric and brutal impact. Electricity could do damage to enemies, and push orkz to do their work!

    Wot about extra vials o' Fightin' Juice' dats attached to da Dok so dat when he moves, da vials fly off and smash open on da ground, revivin' dem lazy gitz who just HAD ta' fall ova in da big foights!

    Vials o' juice on a Bandolier around his waist.. Yeeesss.. Maybe on sum sorta timer? Every 5 seconds or so unna' da vials'll fall off and smash open!

    Means dat Painboy Melee-focused people won't 'ave ta' botha' wif' pressin' F on everythin'. Did loik da' idea wif' harvestin' da dead bodies that was around dis' Forum earlier.. DRAG DEM' BACK TOO DA' LABORATORY FER EXPERIMENTS!

    The devs said the pain boy was going to have a HOT like the SM apothecary.
    I was finkin the Urty Syringe works like that "it hurts like hell if ya aint proppa but heals you if yer a greenskin." The pain boy sticks ya with the urty bit than runs off and gets back into the scrum. You heal the whole time, ya never have to stop krumpin or stompin.

    Being an odd boy the pain boy has healin squigs to fix ya up too. I think they were called medi-squigs back in 2nd edition 40k. The mega nobz had em implanted in their mega armor. Worked like a charm if ya ask me.
    The pain boy can just toss ya a squig and yer gud as new.

  9. A syringe gun that fires healing chemicals that are too robust for even Space Marine bodies to handle, but Orks process just fine, leading to a poison effect (Or a customised one) for the former, and healing over time for the latter.

    I hope the Painboy will receive a weapon akin to the Syringe Gun from TF2, only here it should give a small amount of healing to allies and poison to enemies.
    There could be Poison syringes and some which delivers different kinds of debuffs; Poison (low dmg) +
    Slow/Combat Debuff (damage, attack speed, accuracy, movement speed, you name it)
    Sight and Hearing Impairment (the screen would be foggy and the sounds would be like you hear them under water/muffled).
    They could even give them the option to fire syringes with "healing stuff" inside, which would heal allies (slightly less HPS on full auto than the other ranged heals, due to the ease of use) and poison enemies (admit it, the Orkz can bare take the "healing stuff" themselves, so there are no way other races can).
    There should obviously be an option to use ammunition with more "heal per hit" and possibly "healing over time" for an increased Loadout Point cost, just like the poisons would cost more if they have an unique effect (more than just poison damage).

    An alternative version of this weapon would be a slow firing "grenade launcher" style weapon, which would deliver roughly the same effects (depending on the ammunition used), but do so as an AoE.
    If the Pain Boy had such a weapon, then they would be able to dish our decent damage and (depending on the build) work as good crowd controllers. Both weapons should have a relatively low RoF and the "Orkified Syringe Gun" could be made "semi-auto" only. Also, both weapons should obviously fire off the projectile with an explosive charge, because who doesn't like a good bang?

    Then again, the Orkified Syringe Gun could come in a low RoF high yield version (large syringes) and a high RoF low yield version (small syringes).
