I was at the site and waited the launch.
Initially, there was too much lag it was impossible , and this is again a bit fluid.
In France it started around 20h. It was 14h in Montreal after an old post.

I just wanna know how long the delay is for lower pack levels. Any solid numbers on that yet?

I gave up my Day1 spot in the queue when I adjusted my pack level for a 3rd time from Capt -> upgrade to DOI -> downgrade to Warrior,

this involved having to purchase a new Warrior pack with credit provided by bE before they then deleted my original purchases and refunded my money,

so according to my pack information page its 2015-07-09 20:27:45 ....

but then it also says I have 250K RTP (and 8 character slots) so I'm in the "first wave" I guess but somewhere at the end lol

personally I suspect the page in question doesnt handle edits/changes very well and I cant trust anything its telling me
