Orky Jacker: A Power Klaw, with Chainsaw Blades constantly buzzing around the graspers. Inspired by DoW's Big Mek.

What about a rotary-powered chainaxe? Would be funny to see some ork nob drop his pistol and manually turn the teeth on his axe. Maybe even just a standard mallet made orky with gubbinz and "improvements" (red paint).
Heart o' Shrapnel: A shaped charge placed on an Ork boy'z chest, facing outwards and filled with all things pointy, sharp, edged, and vaguely mean lookin'. You can trigger it while grappling with your opponent to give 'em a nice face full o' edged lead (Meks ain't responsible if yah get a nail up yer nose). They only come in sets of one, so once you've used it it's gone until you resupply. Cuz nuthin' says 'cunnin'' like an extra 'splosive!
Well now you give the boyz too much credit. Like they know what a heart is. The basic Ork anatomy is: Da Skull, Da Brainy Bit, Da uvva bones, Da stumak, Da squishy bitz, Da skin, Da jibblies, and Da Drop Bitz. It'd probably be better with a name like 'Mork's Kunnin Attack' or something. While on the subject of explosives maybe a 'Supa bomb Chukka' would work for them. Essentially it takes a satchel. of stikk bombs, pulls the pins and shoots them out a big shooty tube like an automatic grenade launcher. Can be upgraded to carry 'Sparky Bombz' which are essentially EMP grenades and carry 'Da Choppy Bit' which is just a choppa grafted to the top, both to act as a targeting aide and an emergency melee weapon if you run out of ammo.
da ork snipa rivvel, a long range shoota dat has a shotguns reticle, da massif buleet kan land anywhere in said reticle, but does massif damage. Also, it has a 50/50 chance of jamming, requiring a somewat longa reload
The Fist of Mork a giant hammer the size of a ork nob when hit sends a magical wave threw your body causing a instant explosion. BLOOD AND GUTS EVERYWHERE! just think of a thunder hammer but 3 times that size with a orky aura around it.
