That's more Blood Axes who act diplomatic and have establish trade between different species and factions. They're known to strike up deals with rouge traders and the like to get what they want and even work with other races for payment It's a reason why they're so un-Orky A real Ork would smash them to bitz and take what they need
Didn't say it was exclusive. Though I would think the Moons have the bigger trading game given they're the richest.
Blood Axes, partly because of their more human-centric motifs, tactics and general appearance and partly because they are the most cunning and possibly intelligent as far as clans go. While the other clans are happy to smash their enemies and loot their stuff, the Blood Axes get paid in weapons, materials and vehicles to fight one enemy followed by looting of their weapons, materials and vehicles, then smash their employers and proceed to loot their weapons, materials and vehicles, meaning the average Blood Axe gets to fight a lot more often with increasingly more loot to choose from.
They definitely have the biggest trade game going for them Among the Orks at least It's just I believe the Blood Axes have more of a trade game with the other races then the Moons do. After all, yellow is the color of teef, not whatever anyone else uses for currency
