My idea of this is:
No painboy: Ork come to bleeding git, give 'im a kick into ribs and "wake 'im up! With words "Get up ya lazy git!"
Painboy: Throw a bottle with some fightin' juice, ork drink it and can fight now! This bottle will stay on ground if nobody get to it for 30 seconds. And Painboy can also give to hand this bottle but from the other hand, if Painboy stand right behind bleeding ork he can also throw this bottle right into his head or back. It will looks more fun

UH! I have another idea!
Other medic characters have to come to someone and pres "f" to use his medical skills. But for orks It will be Conversely, HA! Ork who get to Painboy have to press "f" to take juice away form him! (this option is available only for living orks, not for nearly dead)

When a ork allie is downed, orkz should scream at them to get them back up! WAAAAAAAGH! COMN BOYZ UIT DIYN AN GIT TO FIHTIN!

Honestly i was hoping the chaos rescue animation would be something to the effect of kicking and yelling at their comrade to get up. Seems more chaosy than gesturing with a single open palm

Chaos have standards.

Despite being crazy, they aren't barbarians.

Sounds more orky to me.

There's at least some level of brotherhood between them though

That camaraderie doesn't exist amongst Orks

Kicking someone when their down is a pretty Orkish move

Or our rez could just be us pointing and laughing at him until he gets mad enough that he stands up on his own.
