Today I just bought my first power klaw. Only to find it's so slow it doesnt even clang on a fast attack, it just gets its fast attack canceled by other factions fast attack... why oh why. For some reason it often charges a strong attack even if I frantically spam the RMB in the hopes that I actually do a fast attack, which never seems to happen. So back to RTC plasma deffgun everysingle game so I can at least get some xp per match. Yeah it's that bad. otherwise I'll get less than 1000 xp /500 req per match. and with weapons being 20 K req, and loot boxes being utter shit... well... also the fact our pistols require loot boxes gambling -_-'... I wish I just bought back my powah axe, at least, it was good. and my rocket launcha, so I can one shot kill when I manage to hit something. I play, and pray. And I ragequit on zedek, maggon. Harkus I just farm kills with zzap gun. I refuse to play eldar. That's pretty much it.

What are you even talking about lol As for the power claw Ttat's clearly just a bug though, not a balancing issue. And it's kind of expected since it was added last patch.
balancing bugs doesn't matter, ether way orks need sum fixinz. im not here to argue, i'm here for a vote of players to get a rough idea from the community on what the situation is. if you want to walk around and boast about your "skills" and say orks don't need fixing even though they clearly do, go ahead.
So uh... where's the choice for us gits that are a lil more hopeful? I tried playing Chaos the other day and I can't even stand them anymore. Despite the fact their movements and attack animations were so much smoother than ours but.... zog em! Gimme my Orks! That says something to me. We're weak yeah but damn does it still feel good to get yer krumpin' on!
Nah you're here to whine, if you actually wanted to get "a rough idea from the community on what the situation is" you'd give more than 1 option. All I'm seeing here is a thread that ask "do you agree with me?" and 5 options to vote yes. This has absolutely nothing to do with my skills, the video is just here to show that people constantly complaining about not being able to win a single game with ork or simply stating their guns have low dps and accuracy and that they have less health than Eldar are just over exaggerating and not really trying.
I guess the developers decided to conduct a social experiment on the subject: are orks idiots ready to entertain the local audience, at their own expense, at the expense of their money and nerves. No these will not. It would be better just orks removed from the game than to release something that they did in the last patch.
You've got some good points and arguments, but I'll have to give in to the "whine" that something doesn't feel right. There's alot of whine, yes. Alot of it, not true, just blatant assumptions and pulling statistics outta their asses, yet something doesn't feel right about the Orks. There's just such a clear difference in playing the other, more smooth races. It is asymmetrical, yes, yet I can't help to point at the fact Orks just seem like they're worse than others atm. Since I don't have patch notes, precise stats of weapons etc. etc., there's not a real foundation of proof to back it up, there's a feeling. Which appearantly a shitton of the Ork playerbase shares. But there's experiences. When you're getting spawnkilled by a Heavy Bolter on Harkus, there's something wrong. Heavy Bolter definitely needs tuning, imo. So does Loota, if we're to smooth things out completely. Default Loota weapon is also insane, with the incredible accuracy combined with damage. Melee is really hard to pull off at the moment as Orks though, Electrified Choppa makes the green life easier for me though, so it might be a combination of finding your edge in the current patch and also the fact it needs tuning. Yes, fact! I think the video shows you definitely have an edge for Shoota boy, it's skill. Yet it's not all skill, Basic shoota is a reliable weapon, as shown in the clip. Is it the default one though? So while I definitely think something is wrong, I chose to first option. Something is wrong, but it's going to be tuned out and smoothed. Perhaps by launch, perhaps not. Game has seen worse days of obscene things, a good example was when Storm Bolter was first released.
@Blakklaw I actually find the Dakka Deffgun to have by some margin the shittiest accuracy of all the Heavy Bolter equivalents. Which is fine, that's quite Orky, but it needs to do a bunch of damage with the bullets that hit that being the case. I find its effective range is about the same as a Shoota or Shuriken Catapult. Edit: ShootAH! Edit2: Or indeed 'ShootA'! Didn't think it looked right yet.
