Given the current situation with orks. I've seen many many players do one of the above questions. I myself sit on the boarder of 1 and 2. We ork players have dealt with a lot playing chaos for over 2 years mostly only for chaos to get their shiny gibbinz AFTER ORKS COME OUT..... And for orks to be the free exp farm for all other races in the game. OR when we chew, climb, and crawl our way up a straight up cliff of a fight even on defense. Losing our minds, friends, and self respect for the things we have to shout and yell at each other and to the pugs to get the simplest objectives done to only explode in sheer excitement of finally winning a DEFENCE MAGGON STATION FIGHT!!!....... Only to have the SMs/Chaos/Eldar call out complete and utter bull-crap on the lines of *orks op* *nurf orks* *buff heavy bolter* This link will show you more. seriously there is a whole thread on the things people say when orks win. http://forum.eternalcrusade.com/threads/funny-things-enemy-says-after-an-ork-win.56867/ At this point. I highly hope that the devs are looking at their charts and numbers in regards of balancing rather then the SM forums, or some thing. Anyhow I set up this thread just to see where people stand on the current state of the crusade orks side.
Wait...what is this ork "aim" thing of which you speak? Is it when you point the gun in their general direction? Or is it when you do that super un orky thing of not shooting your gun right propa?
You do realize they have more effective health than space marines right? My rank 4 tactical marine has 206 hp 127 armor and 125 toughness and has no more points, my rank 3 Ork shootah has 242hp, 122 armor and 125 toughness and has still 230 loadout points left. Eldar have both less effective health AND less toughness. And I'm not even talking about the veteran classes which have those insane iron jaws that I can't wait to try with an Eavy armor (160 toughnes omg yes)
all weapons with any penetration goes right through our toughness, like a hot knife through butter. Our Melee is slow and extremely predictable wish i guess fits with orks, but the amount of contact force to even the scales of that is not there. Are you one of those people who should have clicked on the 4th voting option but decided to pretend to be an ork that is acting like nothing is wrong with em? i performed my chappa's light attack yesterday and i'm STILL waiting for it to finish! c:
It seems there is quite the equal number of peeps playing and waiting. also lol at the heavy bolter vote. ALSO LOOK AT DAH MAP! Orks may have two separate areas but overall we are still under SMs. As i siad.. free EXP for everyone else.
