As much as I love the power klaw, it still takes a while to kill a tank, even when hitting it in the rear armor. And when it does explode im either dead or near dead, depending on my gear. speaking of gear I cant take a power klaw and melta bombs unless I REALLY trim down on the other items I take. Two possible load outs are either the Power Klaw and 'Ard armor BUT no melta bomb OR Power klaw and melta bomb BUT no armor so for a faster tank killing load out orks really need to trim the fat and that just means they can be killed easier. maybe even before they've done their job. a melta bomb bundle might be nice tho, for a more short term solution
I really hope the Rokkit Luncha gets an Alternative Fire-Mode where it fires an Anti-Armour Rokkit with no AoE and High Damage and Penentration (would be useful against Shieldbros too I guess). Also, the Lootas should get a Rokkit Luncha with three Rokkits, or something like that. A bit like the Rokkit Luncha from DoW II. To be fair, the fact that Eldar Melee tends to hunt down Lootas (and EQ) on sights is just prof that they are defending their precious Wave Serpents (we don't have a Gun Wagon EQ and don't you dare call the Falcon the "equivalent" of anything). Okay, they just want an easy kill, but it is nice to believe there are some resemblance on teamwork from time to time.
Very few people use gun wagons due to terrible driving mechanics, poor fire arcs on sponson big shootas, and the fact that the main gun is so inaccurate that you have to be in melta range to actually kill anyone. Tbh their best use is as a friggen roadblock or taxi. Also no those melee arent defending transports they are running around going after people that have no chance at defending themselves. Fact is an eldar player can just drive his WS and still get really good points while keeping it alive. That is possible in the other faction transports. Especially with trukks. I mean how many trukks have you seen get either perma stuck or start doing the 100m side slide? Cause it happens pretty much every game I ever try to drive in.
First of all, read the small text about the melee defending the Wave Serpents The Gun Wagon and Kannon Wagon should both have the firing arc on the Sponson Mounted Gun increased, it is just silly that the can't move further around, and the driving on Ork Vehicles really need to get fixed. In any case, my point about the Falcon still stands, as it is nothing but mildly annoying to anyone (regardless of what faction you are playing).

I've managed to use falcons on maps like Maggon to hold certain entry points against enemies almost single handedly. On some maps they work great on others they are some what impotent, like harkus, to do anything other than block routes.
The rokkit should have either no or slight wind-up to shoot, faster projectile speed, have a big spread, not have any appreciable AoE, not one-shot infantry on hits, and do vastly more damage to armor. It doesn't need an alternate fire mode, it needs to be changed from cheesy (yet shitty) one-hit-kill weapon which is essentially useless against vehicles, into an actual AV weapon that has minimal AI utility. The reason an AV mode shouldn't be in there is because weapons strong in one category should not also be strong in another. If it's good at AV, it should be weak against infantry. Obviously there are many weapons in EC that violate this obvious balance convention, but that's more an indictment against EC's developers than anything.
Well, I agree that it can be of use from time to time, just like the Gun Wagon can, but I still would say it is a useful tank. Just to add to the list, it can be used to block the right flanking side on Blackbolt (defenders) and if you want a bit of cheesy the Pulse Laser will let you spawn camp the enemy (the Predator Autocannon will do this too). Anyhow, I will never say that it works "great", because it does not. That sounds more like a whole new weapon, so just make it a new weapon and call it a "Rapid Rokkit Luncha" or something. I really like the current Rokkit Luncha, even with its flaws, but I really want to get a non-bugged version so I will actually deal damage to vehicles.
I was fully expecting the DOW2 rokkit launcha. 3 rokkits that fly near or at the target. usually just one hits unless your close. It only slightly damages infantry and knocks them down or stuns them. wrecks vehicles, especially in close range for the shotgun of all rokkits or more boys. They could also fire them into the air like a mortar on a long cooldown which let you hit top armor* *which should be a big deal why the long looney-tunes fuse? why does it pwn infantry? why no decent vehicle damage? orks using just 1 thing that goes boom is unorky.
Dead Shiny Rokkit launcha does good damage against vehicles if you hit the rear armor. Takes about 4-5 rockets to the rear to take down a rhino, and alot faster if you also have stikkybombs with you. The fire rater is also pretty good on it, and the accuracy is better.
