Hopefully Orkish WAAAGGH effect will factor into any potential crafting systems we have so all we'll need is a handful of sludge and a pair of screws to make a Shokk Gun (I recall a passage in the Xenology book where the Magos Biologis comments how Orkish weapons are technological enigmas as many of them are empty casing with bullets stuffed inside).

Just read the book. Made me cringe a bit when they start talking about the atrocities that the Legion did.
