war paint: turns orks into surrounding colors infront of a brick wall the ork turns red with little white lines
poisoned/rusty blades: cause damage overtime incase they kill you
fungus beer: makes you hit harder but makes your cross hares wobbly

Orks aren't smart enough to produce and use poison, besides, that's unorky. Orks want their enemies to die because they themselves are strong and tough enough to smash them, not because poisons are stopping their heart.

Snakebites are well known for the use of poison as are many Feral Klans.

If enough Orks believe that the poison is potent enough to be harmful...

It probably also helps the snakes they use are often from deathworlds


Also Ork shotguns! Possible candidates include the speshul shoota, Ork Blunderbuss (or naval shotgun, obviously orks don't really need to mount it down) or Ogryn shotgun
