Shootas feel SOOO weak vs the other races equivalents mainly because a combination of the drop off damage , accuracy and damage per shot. I know it's got a very high rate of fire but that doesn't make up for the fact it's 10 damage per shot lower than the bolter as this means for every 2 shots you land the bolter lands 3-4 past the 5 meter mark. On paper the stats are fine but in practice it's showing to feel like trash.

My suggestion is to raise the damage per shot of the shoota by 5 see how it looks in the metrics then decide where to go from there don't just leave it as is because it honestly feels bad.

As far as the Big shoota goes it doesn't feel right having the suppression and the penetration as high as it is. The big shoota should have higher damage and a "little" higher penetration than the shoota and not suppress. The rof should be slightly higher with the slightly bigger clip. The suppression effect it has right now feels out of place and not very orky as the big shoota doesn't actually have much dakka.

My suggestion for the Big shoota is raise the damage to be 2 damage more per shot than the shoota *post buff* and lower the penetration from 100 to 85 and for god sakes remove the suppresion and windup. With these changes I would also suggest raising the loadout cost by 25-50 since it's overall performance would be better.

And keep in mind this a pre-release video, now that Ork have 50 extra hp it's even easier to outgun space marines and their bolters.
The shoota has a better dps and the Orks have more health, if you're loosing against a bolter it just means he was better than you

Watching this video makes me think I may benefit from turning down my mouse sensativity. I jerk around way more than that guy does.
